I grew up with these songs and as you say there isn't a bad song!! Loving your reaction man and your crush on Frida has me laughing out loud!! Keep the reactions coming!!
@@Bklynreau Did I suggest that you DON'T watch the Abba 300 millones 'Voulez Vous' video clip that was filmed for Spain in 1979? I think I did warn you against watching didn't I? You'll go blind!
So nice to see you again reaction to more ABBA songs in your ABBA Journey "Take a chance on me" (1978) is one of their best ABBA hits in all the world, the most selling song of ABBA in U.S. (more than Dancing Queen), #3 in Billboard U.S. one of their four Top10 in US : #6 Waterloo (1974) #1 Dancing Queen (1977) #3 Take a chance on me (1978) #8 The winner takes it all (1981) This is one of few song than the vocals are more extensive than the music (They begin 'a capela' and singing at the end) the blonde singer Agnetha is the lead vocal in the solo verses, her voice is so powerful, in perfect armonies and chorus with the brunette Anni Frid in co-leads vocal (and the boys in back voices singing repetitive the frase 'take a chance, chance') Agnetha & Anni Frid have fantastic voices and harmonies together Agnetha is soprano Anni Frid is mezzo soprano and together made a 'third voice' the guitarist Björn got the idea while jogging, by the sound of the footsteps he interpreted t-k-t t-kt and adapted it to "take a chance, chance, take a chance", so the song was born Although it is a disco europop, it's like a constant and happy march, captivating, cloying, addictive if I could give You a suggestion for next reaction, take a review of all "ABBA The Álbum" (release at the same time with "ABBA The Movie" in 1977), is a Masterpiece of versatility in each song, but specialy the hymn "Thank you for the music" I wish you a greatest week My best regards from Buenos Aires, Argentina 🇦🇷 South América
Every single time on every single ABBA reaction video on RU-vid, here you are with your long winded comments. People, if you need detailed information on ABBA, they have all the details you'll ever need on their official sites.
Mate, you crack me up, lol! "Why she doing that to us???" Because she CAN!! The director/photographer of the video - as with most of theirs - is Lasse Hallström, who would later become a big name in movies. And Björn was never in any TV show.
I told my Swedish mother about your reactions to ABBA and your love for Frida. Frida's name is actually Anni-Frid Lyngstad. That's the other "A" in ABBA. I wish I could upload a photo of my Aunt Eva so you could see how she looks so much like Frida. I love your reactions. You are the best!
Oh really ? 😂😂 come on I know the full name ima GET the tattoo lol .. u can just send it to me on INSTAGRAM I can react to it if u let me 😂 thank u for watching!
Try "SOS" live TV version for a perfect ABBA pop song. Or if you want ABBA disco try "Voulez Vous" Or if you want to elevate your Frida needs try "So Long (Made in Sweden)" which is early ABBA Or if you want Frida leading in a ballad try "Fernando" ABBA are in the top 3 selling bands of all time so there are tons of other options and hits.
Great stuff. You've quickly become my favourite ABBA reactor - my suggestion next would be to react to their breakthrough international hit 'Waterloo' with which they won the Eurovision Song Contest. The best performance of this, IMO, is in the 'ABBA: Waterloo(HQ 60fps) Momarkadet 1975 - Subtitles' video. Keep 'em coming.
There are sooooo many songs from ABBA. Try "Hey Hey Helen" or "Should I Laugh Or Cry". There is a funny cover version of "Take A Chance On Me" by Erasure here on RU-vid and the Jazz Player Nils Landgren who is also from Sweden, plays some Abba Songs in a Jazz and Funk version together with the Band Funk Unit. I'm an Abba fan since I was 15. I had that big black poster from them at my door where they wear the white hats..... Do you know that FRIDA is Princess of Plauen since her marriage years ago?
'Why's she doing this"?! lol!Frida's giving you the eye to seduce you man.Intro is ABBA using Accapella singing some decades before Pentatonix anf Homefree became cool.
Wonderful reaction. Annefrid is amazing. Glad you're into her in this forum. I love them all and watch reactions to them ,and yours stand out. Hugs from.
They are Swedish so you didn't see Bjorn on any American TV. Read up on them. They sold millions of records and they were on the top of the charts forever.
Hahaha you KNOW why she's doing it! Glad to see I'm influencing your song choices! =D =D =D I have no one single song to recommend - they have so many good ones. If you want to see all their hits then start chronologically with 'Waterloo' They also have slow songs. One of their biggest hits is 'Fernando' where Frida sings lead
@@Bklynreau Awesome! Dunno if you meant their actual full catalogue, but an easy reaction list of their HITS is to look at their ABBA Gold album (a bestselling 90s compilation of their biggest hits), and then work chronologically through them
In my experience, women are closed off to pick ups for some good and bad reasons.. It can be a dangerous situation to get into and not everyone is being genuine and honest with their pick up strategies. If you have enough negative experiences with men trying to pick you up... one starts to become a bit suspicious of the ultimate intentions of ones efforts to pick u" and thus begin to become more sensitive (in their awareness) to signs of romantic interest and what women believe the man ultimately wants out of it which turns into "men are creeps and just want sex and will lie cheat n deceive to satiate the desire of their loins" which of course is not true in most cases (humanity can be viewed as ultimately good-natured social creatures who seek companionship at a deeper or perhaps more advanced level than the stimulations of sensual animal desire) but all the negative experiences they've had and their interpretation of those experiences tend to take precedence when the logic function is trying to make a judgement on what to do about what they perceive men to be doing when out on the town and what not. This is, of course, not true in every case and in the exact same manner as I describe it but it does happen often and is spread about by word of mouth when women get together to talk about their experiences of such things.
The word you're hunting for is cinematographer. Those close-ups of the ladies, with which you're totally smitten - and who can blame you? - were more likely achieved by smearing a little petroleum jelly around the camera lens. Bit of an old trick! Used ad-infinitum when they wanted a soft focus on the ladies. Add some violins and some floating cherubs and there you have it. Used so much that it's become somewhat of a cliche - Did I say "somewhat"??
Women are still Women my friend. We are being polluted by bollocks. Hey, if you like a girl, tell her, they love it, no matter what you are told, Just don't be a weirdo. Abba is cool!
That's Björn Ulvaeus. He's a musician/songwriter. He's not a professional actor. I know what you mean about Frida. I suggest that you DON'T watch the Abba 'Voulez Vous' video clip that was filmed for Spain in 1979. I SAID DON'T WATCH IT!
Agnetha might have been the sex symbol, blond, nice figure but Frida was the sexiest and sensual one. Look it up, Johnny Carson Show were she asks him to say 777 in Swedish LOL
@@darrenbertram7289 She had previously done it on the Don Lane Show during ABBA's first visit to Australia in 1976. ABBA-mania was in full swing there at that time.
