Recipe and ingredients:
1 large onion diced.
Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes.
Chop 500 g beef.
Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Soak 200 g green mung beans and rice.
2 sweet pink tomatoes cut into cubes.
Chop 1 pepper.
1 carrot cut into cubes.
Add 2 cloves of garlic and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
Let everything simmer for 10 minutes!
Pour 1 liter of water and bring to the boil!
Skim off foam.
Boil mung beans for 30 minutes.
Cut 1 large potato into cubes.
