- 2 potatoes
- Green bell pepper and sweet banana pepper to taste

1. Dice the potatoes and fry them in a pan until golden.
2. While the potatoes are frying, crack the 3 eggs into a bowl, season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
3. Finely dice the green bell pepper and sweet banana pepper and add them to the eggs, mixing well.
