If only top 3% get hired, how is it killing Upwork and Fiverr

Toptal also seems to go down the upwork and fivver route I suppose. I am on Toptal and had a great experience until this year and was getting Job Requests. But now, they are also racing to bottom and each Job asks you to go down as low as possible. Maybe it's because market right now is down but Toptal network is also getting cluttered with a lot of engineers.

How to find mentor for guidance?

Bro, one question. Lets say I have 3 years of experience doing coding projects successfully on Upwork, but I have never worked a 9-5(ideally 😁) at any tech company. Does that count as work experience when it comes to the entry requirement at TopTal?

@Harkirat Singh I have already bought your course. What about the people who is doing DSA course in parallel, looking after family, doing part-time job and do not have the time to go through community? If you gonna judge people with the parameter of helping others, this is gonna be very unpractical for me. Not every potential top people will be able to help others as they will have other work to do as well, right. It's like telling people you can not get good job unless one is from tier-1 college.
