Before I knew I was going to move to France, I signed myself up for a yoga retreat in Costa Rica. After a couple weeks of living in France, I headed on a long journey across the globe again. I had a crazy flight schedule where I went from Nice to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Atlanta, and Atlanta to Liberia. After that I took a 3 hour van ride to Nosara.
In Nosara, the retreat was hosted at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. It was easily one of the most beautiful and relaxing places I have ever been. Between the landscape, yoga classes, spas, beautiful people and being 10 minutes away from the beach for all the surfing and sunsets you can imagine, Bodhi Tree is a very special place.
If Costa Rica is on your travel list, I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

In January this year I went on a very necessary yoga and wellness in Nosara, Costa Rica. I had signed up for it before I knew I was moving to France, so after a couple weeks living in Nice I flew across the globe again.
The retreat "Madly in Love with Me" was hosted by Rachel Charlton of Artful Thinking from Toronto and was the perfect re-set. I honestly had not felt that relaxed in years and forgot what living life slow and care-free and was like. I met incredible people, went to insightful workshops, yoga and meditation classes, surfing for the first time, salsa dancing, watching sunsets, spending so much time on the beach and just enjoying life at the Bodhi Tree Resort.
Costa Rica was an absolutely incredible place and I can't wait to go back.
