i been telling the roadie drivers i see here in MN about getting the extra orders man they minds was blown i had a $400 day today off roadie alone🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿 started at 5 ended at 130
Yo, that apartment was a little shop off hoarder horrors. Your camera movements expressed your feelings better than words could ever, Pat. I’d a walked and taken the hot. Your a man sir!
29:39 I was jumping ship once I see the filth I was getting myself into. Contrary to your belief being in the parking lot of the Home Depot at 520 and 920 has actually helped me bigtime, tested and tried.
I would do the rat move. Taskrabbit gigs are paid by the hour so you can take as long as needed and usually at a much higher rate than any fixed-price gig on Roadie.
Fleet Pride is a medium duty and large semi truck repair parts supply company. So you can get small parts to large brake drums for a semi trucks. So check the weight if you have a little car.
Here's my advice for Roadie. Use only if you have to. Support is a complete joke and they'll cancel orders on you after being accepted with zero information why. if you don't respond in 4 minutes to their chat they will close it on you and you start all over. You wait an hour for them and they give you 4 minutes. Their new chats do not bring up notifications either. if you back out of the chat session to check for more gigs, you have to go through their chat bot again to get back to the chatting screen. It's like they don't want you to get help.
You are absolutely correct!!!, you wait in the chatbox for several minutes each time they respond to a single question. I was in chat back and forth with an agent for 30 minutes. This app is not user friendly for the drivers.
I was on hold with chat for more than 2 hours at one point trying to get them to cancel a gif for me because a client shipped the item instead of us taking the order! I was pissed. I still got reimbursed for my time wasted though which made a difference, but I missed out on hella calls because they had to cancel the gig from my phone before I could proceed to do anything else! They definitely need to get their ish together! Like asap.
I delivered one of those this morning. I was nervous AF bcuz i had it laying down but fridges arnt supposed to be laid down... somthing to do with the coolant n some oil in it running out...
You CAN lay it down but when you put it back upright you cannot start it for 12-24 hrs to allow time for the oil and coolant to get back to the bottom pan. If you do not allow the time, the compressor may be toast instantly when you plug the fridge in for one of two reasons: either it gets "hydrolocked" or seizes up due to lack of oil. You should advise customers accordingly. If the end users don't know to wait and the compressor gets damaged, you may be responsible for transit damage (customers don't know any better, and the manufacturer's warranty is not in effect during transit).
ROADIE COULD BE SN AMAZING GIG… HOWEVER… the “wait time” to speak ‘em with a rep is usually Over an hour. During this time, you cannot accept another gig until the current one is cleared. I have been here about 1 year and today I had an unusual problem with being able to “complete delivery” selection. I have been on hold for over two hours 😡
Yea I've been there. You should get compensated for that time that you were on hold with them! I did! I don't know how but I was compensated for the time I wasted waiting on the phone for 2 hours with them!
Why are you not doing the gig that is going to Staten Island? If the toll is reimbursed and you can pick up something on the way back, it should be OK.
How long do they give you to turn in a bill for a toll reimbursement? We have unmanned tolls in my area so you're sent a bill for the toll in the mail and that usually takes weeks.
Hi Pat thank you for the great videos is been really helpful I’m starting my own stuff I already have the LLC waiting for the EIN number so getting some kind of van I applied for many apps and they have me on a waiting list especially roadie if you know any tips on how to get out of the waiting list will be appreciated I’m in South Jersey exit 4 from the New Jersey Turnpike so I guess I see you around Soon and that Tasker job that you took I was saying what I get myself into that’s crazy 🤦🏻♂️😎🧠💨 God bless🙏
Wait, so it actually limits you from orders because of vehicles? I thought that was just to determine the acceptance rate. I have a huge box truck listed
Heavy on make sure they don’t add on items to your order! You don’t know how many times I’ve shown up to Home Depot just to be told someone already took my order b/c the dummies don’t read. There can be multiple orders with the same order number but different items!
Should never ship a fridge laying down. If you have to do it make sure to tell the customer not to plug it in for 24hrs. It takes time for the frion to level out.
@@PatGigtainment I did back when driving Uber and Lyft. Somewhere I saw that to first job and home from last job was not deductible due to a recent change. It doesn’t matter that much anyway. I don’t see turning a profit after miles deduction anyway. This was my first few days part time only with $125 total and more than $150 in mileage deduction.
I live in cebtral Jersey, Old Bridge. Im a five star driver whos neen woth Roadie for almosy five years. I made $0 since Monday. 99% of the gigs get declined. I have a long bed pock up, im a five star driver. When i call Roadie to ask why they decline me, they thank me for being a gigh rated driver and apologize. Does that make sense at all?
You really shouldn't But if you wait about an hour, before you plug it in you shouldn't have any problems. That gives the refrigerator time for the oil to settle back to where it's supposed to be.
