This short takes a look back on our favourite rune farming spot in Elden Ring! Full video here: • "The BEST/FASTEST Farm... -~ My Social Media Links: -~ / jazzatweets / tkcjazza #eldenring #farming #gaming #shorts
In case you forgot to mention, while the ash of war clears up the albinaurics you can shoot an arrow to the giant crow on your left and make it fall off the cliff, adding around 16000 runes to each run.
Yep, this is also really good. I feel like most people probably never even use bows so that’s why I didn’t mention it, but it’s a good little bonus for those who know ;)
@@harrys2331 Well, for one… you should stock up on items… especially smithing stones. It will be while until you open up access to all those shops again
You could use Mohg’s Sacred spear. It might take a few seconds longer to clear up the Albinaurics but you can do this same farm still very quickly in your first playthings. I use Mohg’s spear now in my first playthrough because it cuts through group of enemies like butter. Only annoying enemies for the spear is the Godskin duo, but those are annoying with any weapon.
@@harrys2331you don't NEED to but if you want to farm upgrade materials if you're respec-ing before starting NG+ then you're going to want a lot of runes (exactly the situation I'm in)
For those of you who aren’t aware, the weapon he’s using is one you get AFTER beating the final boss of the game. 😂 so this is explicitly for +NG players
If you're using a gold pickeld fowls foot and the golden scarab, it's 190k per minute, which is 11,400,000 if you're just farming the Albinarucs. If we take the cost it takes to get to level 713 (1,692,566,842) and divide it by that 11.4 mil, it would take you 148½ hours to get to level 713 from level 1. If you play 5 days a week for 5 hours a day, it would take you 29.7 days (so a month) to get max level. If you're like me and you're only using the Bloodhounds Fang, golden scarab, and no golden pickled fowls foot, it's 51,542 every minute and thirty seconds. That's 3,092,520 runes per hour, which would take you 547 hours to reach max level. The Sacred Relic Sword is the best option to kill them fast, but the hoarfrost stomp will also work if you want to get to this farm before you beat the game. You could also use the Starscourge Greatswords and Starcaller Cry, and it'll be significantly faster than using anything else until you can get the Sacred Relic Sword
Yeah I have two accounts one stays at LVL 150 and is on Ng+2 that has done all the quests I either missed or locked out and locations I can find . Then I made an acc so I could blitz through to Ng+7 to max out my level fastest and go absolute bonkers with builds without losing my acc with the entire map and it's locations discovered.
My point exactly! If you start at the Dynasty Mausoleum Entrance site of grace, then run through the cliffs until you reach the blood pool and hug the left wall until you find a crevice, you can reliably jump up the rocks without worrying about falling off the map.
ive always felt like just going around nokron is a rune farm on its own, i get a lotsa of runes just by being there, and it comes in handy rn since im doing ranni's quest
I’m on new game plus and I have the golden scarab talisman and I get 115k per run on this, so every 10 times I’m clocking in a million runes, if I hit the big bird on the other side of the ravine then that’s an extra 24k runes
Second best weapon is the big guy on the horse can’t think of his name but if you aren’t ready for that the bird alone gives about 10k with no amulet or feet. For the maiden blood you don’t have to go to the church like others do I just use the portal to get me back to the tutorial area and get the blood of the maiden along side the spirit
You can use the wave of light on the group praying in front of the sanguine noble at the bottom of the lift before Mohgwyn and get over 100k and thats without killing the sanguine noble kill him for 20k+ more
Blasphemous blade also works really well for this if you haven’t completed the game, you get it from killing Rykard at volcano manor but you have to kill godskin noble to fight him
And if you dont have the sacred relic sword, you could use a weapon with hoarfrost stomp for early game (but be careful bc its kinda buggy) and also you can use radahns greatswords weapon art
I’ve actually found another weapon that can work well at rune farming in this spot It’s radahn’s weapon, the starscourge greatsword While the sacred relic sword is infinitely better cause of the speed an efficiency of its ash of war, but you can similar results with radahn’s swords via running into the albinurics + using it’s ash of war 2-3 times
You can use Rhadans weapon as well to pull them towards you and then strike the ground to kill them. You’ll have to do that twice but it works well. Put the gold scarab and use a gold pickled foot or whatever it’s called.
Seems like most of these channels don't mention but the Sacred Relic Sword farm is better in New Game Plus for the higher runes enemies drop if you don't mind re running through the game with the enemies being a fair bit healthier
The only issue is that I've heard you can only get the Sacred Relic sword by finishing the game. What other earlier game weapons are good for doing this? So far, I've just killed Radahn. I have his sword, Godrick's axe and the bloodhound fang. Plus a few ashes of war and spirit summons (no mimic tear yet).
at what point? cause I'm getting my ass severely whooped and its a pain in the ass leveling up at the moment. It was so fun losing 36k cause I couldnt level up yet or store them
@@abominablesnowman64 what level are you? Id suggest a good farm spot in an area in par with your lvl. If ur past the suggested max lvl which is like 150 i think, you should be able to go around freely. If you gotta buy em which i did after a point you can get like 50m for 1 or 2 dollars
I havent finished the game yet and ive been farming there with the great sword. Well, i dont clear the area in 20 seconds but in about 2 minutes one shooting those guys. It's still good farming without the relic sword.
If you kill all those red guys in the ENTIRE area you'll get 100,000 runes. If you stick to only that cliff part you'll only get 43,000 and some change.
The best way to farm and not die of boredom is PVP. As host you get 15% reward from rune level of the invader. Since lvl 360 usually I get about 1,3 million runes per invasion.
I was curious, so I had a look… Just quickly looking apparently it takes 1,692,558,415 runes to reach max level. Going on assumption you get 50k runes each time (can get more with each NG+ you go up) and each time is 30 seconds. It’ll apparently take you 282 hours… Again, real quick math and not considering rune boosting items like fowled feet/golden scarab so could be done quicker than that :)
It's 1,692,566,842 to get to level 713, if you make 20 million runes per hour using this method, it would take you 84 hours of grinding to get max level from level 1 to 713. Now, realistically, if you have the Sacred Relic Sword, you can kill all those bald guys in 1 minute and if you're using a gold pickled fowls foot and the golden scarab, you can make 190k runes per minute, which is 11,400,000 runes per hour. Take 1,692,566,842 and divide by 11,400,000 and you'll get 148.47 which rounded up would be 148½ hours of nothing but farming those enemies. You could also use the Hoarfrost stomp Ash of war and that'll work for farming those guys as well, the Sacred Relic Sword is just more efficient. If you played 5 days a week for 5 hours a day, it would take you literally 1 month of straight farming to get to level 713 from level 1
@@shmooify if you have the starscourge greatswords and flame grant me strength, you can use its Ash of war like 2-3 times and every albinaruc will be dead within a minute or less so you could also do that if you don't have the Sacred Relic Sword quite yet. Sacred Relic Sword is still more efficient for this farm, but you gotta work with what you have if you haven't beat the game yet on your current playthrough
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PONF9h8ZxJg.htmlsi=KO_O1_ToeqLHuNLk That’s the link to the video - should hopefully take you straight there :)
Yes but you have to reach Consecrated Snowfield and hug the left side of the map till you find a bloodied path leading to a teleporter. It'll teleport near the farming location in the vid. Side note..... You don't really need Varre to reach this location but it is fastest way to gain early access to it.
lol it’s faster to do the map edge glitch, you get 420k runes every minute and you can repeat the process, I leveled up from 345 to 425 in under 6 hours doing this in total not in one sitting
@@Junior-xe1jt No, without spoiling too much, there's a secret area in the game called the consecrated snowfields, feel free to look it up if you want, but it leads to Malenia's area. In the snowfields, there's a ruins with a teleporter behind it that will take you to this area for the farm :)
Varres questioned glitchedfor me and he never showed up at the rose church after I beat godrick 😢 he didn't even leave that message thing on the ground
If you're not already - Make sure you are using the golden scarab talisman - 30% extra runes per kill & golden pickled fowled feet - 20% extra runes per kill I believe each albunaric should drop around 2500+ runes naturally so if you use the sword I mentioned in the vid you can clear all of them in one attack bagging around 30k runes + using the above talisman/items will make that 45+k per attack :)
if u are gonna farm an offline game then just use hacks otherwise it's a waste of time don't cheat max level to beat the game tho bcz most likely u will still not beat it
Right… how about some people are on console and may just need a level or 2 to beat a boss and can’t use cheats etc. Also, if you’re playing a game like this and just running cheats, it kind of avoids the whole experience and “fun” attached to playing the game - farming has been a thing in video games ever since a level system was first introduced…
For those that don't know, you can access this place as fast as 2-3 hours into the start of a playthrough. Beat Margit and Godfrey plus have an audience with the two finger (meet the finger thingy at the roundtable), to make White mask varre (dude that calls you maidenless) move to the liurnia lakes, find him at rose Church and he'll ask you what you thought about the two fingers, reply that theres something wrong with them or they dont seem right. He will give you red finger for invasions. Do 3 invasions (doesn't matter if you win or lose) go back to him and he will send you on a quest to dip some cloth in maidens blood at the bellum church The bellum church can be reached pretty fast on horse north of the lakes before the altus plateau. Once do do that go back to him and he gives you an item that lets you teleport here. You might need a friend thats beaten the game to help out with the relic sword though, if you cant get the sword, theres a bird you can farm at this exact spot for 10k runes a pop and its next to the grace. Off you go my little lambkins
@@orochimaruthesnake7755 you can still access the area when you get the the mountain top of the giants. You just need the haligtree medallions to get to that side of the mountain tops. There's a teleporter somewhere up there that takes you to the area. You can also apparently revive npcs but I don't know how to do that or if it affects their quests. Ps. Stop killing everyone Orochi!
The runes I got in the vid were without any rune boosting items. So, with golden scarab/fowled foot, you get another 55% so let’s just 75,000 for arguments sake (because you may miss an enemy or two every now and then). You can probs do 4 strikes in a min making that 300k per min. Times that by 60 makes it 18mil per hour and that’s on your first playthrough. If you go to NG+1 its then easily 20mil+ easy as runes per enemy increases and then even more with each NG+ you do :)
@@ihudo8430 it does cap at NG+7 but the clips from this video are from the first playthrough. So you can increase the amount 7 more times from the amount of runes I’m showing in the vid :)
Hey man, I was in that for 6 years before any of my videos surpassed 100 views… It is mainly down to luck in terms of hitting the algorithm, again my channel is a good example of that; with some videos doing well, and some doing not so well. Also, I just checked out your channel and your video around the same topic. All I would say is try and remove the copyright music & maybe add a voice over or something to explain what you’re doing to the audience. With things like this going forward (if you make videos on future games/tutorials) and of course make use of those hashtags, you’ll give yourself the best possible chance of getting into RU-vid’s algorithm :)
@@millardfilmore1403I'd agree as levels for the most part aren't even that broken in Elden Ring. A level 100 with a mid weapon is way more powerful than a level 713 with a starter weapon In some games maybe but in this game getting levels just changes the difficulty from 'extremely hard' to 'hard' 😅 Also on another note you only get this weapon after beating the final boss so although it is a good farm, you would first have to beat the hardest fight in the game to get it. Chances are you would be stacked enough by then that you would do this more as a novelty thing than because you genuinely need it
with that logic, no one should ever post a gaming video ever... Believe it or not, not everyone has played the game/are aware of the area when they first play it :)
