[ingredients]
Soft flour 250g (cake flour)
sugar 40g
baking powder 5g
salt 2g
butter 80g
milk 60g
1 egg
[cooking process]
1. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt and mix lightly
2. Add chopped butter and chop it like cutting it
3. Add milk and an egg and mix. (2 spoons left)
4. Add egg milk and combine into one
5. Take an hour's rest in the fridge
6. Cut into desired shapes and spread egg milk water over scones
7. Bake in a 180 degree oven or air fryer
