Just picked up the Echomap Ultra 126SV and this is the best video I’ve seen on RU-vid that explains water conditions and making small and simple adjustments to maximize your unit. The KISS method (keep it simple stupid) in full effect and it’s great. Thanks for the video and great tips.
Really do appreciate the video on the LV 34 I'm still having problems but it's me not the equipment going to try some of your suggestions and see if it helps with the clarity and keeping track of my lure.
Thank you for the tips! Question, Does your screen ever freeze up even when you have plenty voltage. I replaced batteries, new power cord, new cradle and it still freezes up on me. So frustrating.
Confused. If I disable sonar, how will I be able to see fish on my FF screen? I run a portable Garmin Ehco Map 93 with pole mounted transducer exclusively for my LiveScope. I rely on my boat mounted Lowrance FF for side imaging, sonar, etc. With everything running, I can’t get any closer than 45 feet to winter crappie schools suspended in waters 30-45 feet deep. Please clarify what I can do with my electrons to not spook deep water crappie schools. Thanks…loved your video and have subscribed.
@@mikedixon3292 i think you can disable "ALL" sonar and go to your panoptix screen>menu>enable transducer. I believe that will enable just your LS transducer
I have tried these settings but my unit still is not as clear as yours. Not sure why. I made sure I had good clean power to the unit. I just wonder if some units, from the factory, work better than others. Its not as clear and I have trouble seeing my jig. Any ideas?
Do you ever use the blue screen? When they installed mine they put the settings in and told me I was good to go. I’ve never even tried amber. God Bless!
@@CrappieMonster Thank you Sir. 1st time seeing your channel. Good stuff. I run HBirds but have the 106sv for livescope. Shop messed with a few strings so I’ve been afraid to mess with anything while I’m learning. I can’t see my lure past 40-45 feet. Is that normal?
Mine has never looked anything like that in the beginning when you went oops and it got all grainy thats how Mine is all the time iv spent hours adjusting and adding grounds clean power went through all the settings and it still looks like crap
@CrappieMonster 106sv with the lvs32 I have hated it since I got it the lvs34 looks better from what I see people saying but I'd really hate to spend that money and be right where I'm at with a little less crappie imagine I'm still mad that I can't use it its so bad so much noise and grain even your stock settings are a 1000 times better then mine has ever looked
@CrappieMonster I'm going to get back in my boat and go over my settings again with your video and see if I missed something thanks brother I'll let you know if it helps
