I picked HOF difficulty after downloading the game. Do I have to uninstall and re-download it to change it? No matter what I do it stays on HOF. Stupidest control settings I've ever seen.

The control scheme is just silly. You use left stick to move your player to the ball, but then you need to use right stick to move the aim. Why? Speaking of, why is there a delay before I can run for the ball when fielding? And then when you're on base, you steal or return with left and right stick, but once the ball is in play you advance and return with up and down stick. Who made that decision!? Why can't they just make a sensible control interface? I absolutely hate it when games try to raise difficulty by making you wrestle with the controls.

I’m about to stop playing! Guess pitch shows me where the pitch will land but my pci gets locked so I can’t get under or above the pitch. Any idea how to change it?

It's the guess pitch setting itself. With the new PCI you want to get under it but back in 17 hitting right in the middle of the PCI was the way to go. It really hasn't been updated at all so it still locks to the exact center of the PCI.

@@obijuankenobi8729 I had it set to where I could see where the pitch lands and still move the PCI. Been doing it all through 21,22,23. Now it locks my pci. So even if I guess the pitch if I don’t guess the exact location contact is off

It just means how long in between pitches the CPU will take

Can anyone help me. So I got mlb the show 24 and my pci doesn’t show up at all idk why. And when I try to put the pci on it’s locked 🔒. If anyone can help and the steps to fix this I’d greatly appreciate it!

Double check to see if you have Zone hitting on or not. Everything should be in this video!
