@@AnneLauren im a new viewer and love your reviews and enthusiasm) but im with her! yes they're at the bottom, but you tend to go right into it .....hard ha and sometimes you dont say the name at the beginning? sometimes you say it at the end and sometimes not at all :( and im here trying to take notes :) while youre talking or im actually watching on my laptop and my hands are on my cell searching at the same time! it would just make your page that much more enjoyable :)

This was SUCH a great video. First time coming across your channel and your description and energy are captivating! You’ve got me wanting to revisit some that I’ve tried and wasn’t instantly floored by (except baccarat rouge, haha. All I get is the woody notes and I really am not a fan of the blend). Indefinitely get a masculine smell with Baccarat Rouge 540, it is almost off-putting to me, but I get tons of compliments when I wear it.

I’ve used bond no 9 GV and as a guy I gotta say it’s pretty stunning. I’ve found this scent can lean either way. Would you consider doing more videos on fragrances where you share this “either way” perspective ? Obviously you can tell me “kick rocks” but I think you unique takes keep things fresh.

I wonder how the Guerlain Spiriteuse Double Vanille compares to Indult's Tihota? What are the main differences, in other people's opinions, I wonder? Tihota is lovely but I find it a poor performer as it just flattens and disappears from the party far too quickly. The price point doesn't entice me to buy it again. I'm sure there are other comparable, realistic, elegant vanilla-forward fragrances on the market. I keep reading great things about the Guerlain fragrance so I think I'm going to try it-- as long as there aren't other 'danger zone' dominant notes in there I ought to know about 😟 For example, the Vanilla Benjoin that Affinessence does is horrible on my skin-- the benzoin quality overpowers and it just turns into that direction instead of the sweet realistic vanilla. Lune Feline by Atelier des Ors has an overload of cardamom on my skin and it distracts entirely from the vanilla. Many others ae just too syrupy sweet. A compromise may have to be made, disappointingly.

I have a new and old bootle of note vanille, is reformulated. The old note vanille scent is gone😢 it was perfection before reformulation. Is light and more floral but it does not last , and it does not have that gourmand vibe like the old one.

Funny I think br540 is perfectly unisex. Everything you described is nothing like what I smell! I find that so interesting. This fragrance is crazy to me bc it smells like a rubber tire…but a sexy one. Every dupe that I smelled was the same too, I tend to be anosmic to it as well. Also I got a travel size of absolute aphrodisiac recently and I never had such a strong reaction to a fragrance in my life lol my head went back so fast bc it was so beastly and I’ve never smelled castoreum before so maybe that was it😂 the dry down was way better but unfortunately a little too masculine for my taste

I dont pick up cotton candy or sugar at all. I can pick up medical bandage/ sterile hospital smell in br540 a bit though😀 But Ariana grande cloud def has that sweetness it has just very little similarity with br540

What do you think of Frederic Malle house is it good for young men and to wear for casual with jeans, especially musc ravageur ?

I actually don’t have too much experience with Frederic Malle! I’ve only tried Carnal Flower and I really didn’t like it, it’s a very mature floral perfume. However, I’m dyinggg to get my hands on some samples, the house really intrigues me, especially Musc Ravageur! So I’ll have to get back to you on that 😊

Bond No 9 GV is a mystery to me. I hear you describe it and (I'm sure thats how it smells on you), but on my body chemistry -- all I got was the bright litchi. I did NOT like it. Then my husband tried it and I was like WOW -- that smells so deep and complex and sexy. I love it on my husband, but not on myself. No barbie girl over here. LOL. Body Chemistry, the secret ingredient to every scent.

I cannot find the Guerlain Vanilla one anywhere :( I live in Belgium, is it possible it just isn’t available here? Would suck cause i’m looking for the perfect vanilla scent. On the other hand you have many reccomendations so im sure i’ll find another one i will love :)

Does M.M. Note Vanillee have a strong Jasmine smell to it? Or is it blended so well that you can’t really pick it out? A strong Jasmine smell makes me literally sick. I don’t know why, but it does. Like Flowerbomb, I can’t stand the smell of that one, too much Jasmine in it.

I honestly don’t detect the jasmine at all! All of the florals are voted the lowest on Fragrantica as well so you might have better luck with Note Vanillee!

I just went to Bloomingdales today. The Grenwich Village is ok, but nothing I would spend hundreds of $$ on. I would say it smells nice, but kinda artificial for me. Definitely way overpriced in my opinion. Also sits close to skin,the lady sprayed 3 sprays on my hand and after 4 hours it still sits very close to the skin. I went on hunting spree today haha Looking for a new scents🎉❤ I smelled Delina too and it instantly reminded me about Chanel Chance Eau Tendre EDP, I wonder if it is only me or others can see it too???

oh my gosh you're so sweet 😅❤️ my skin is actually freaking out at the moment (thank goodness for makeup lol) but my favorite skincare products are the Olehenriksen Glow 2OH Dark Spot Toner and the Wishful Thirst Trap Juice Serum. I also LOVE Vitamin C & AHA/BHA serums, I switch off with those, always trying something new 😝
