You two are the heros of video slot players. You lay it out for all to do their homework for their next trip and the excitement of a visit. I am pumped! Thanks for a great show!!!!!
Thanks Anthony and Andrew for one of your best LVA You Tubes ever! I don’t think I’ve ever seen you Anthony as excited as tonight. Your info on the LV shows at great prices was awesome, the jackpot of the week $21,000 -Can’t beat that, tipping info -was right on the money, winning the Downtown Grand Blackjack tournament -wow and let’s not forget you were interviewed on Sixty Minutes. ➡️ I’d say Anthony Curtis is a living Las Vegas legend! No wonder those guys from Indiana want to meet you. 👏🏻 👍 AC
I loved seeing Anthony on 60 minutes…after watching him weekly on LVA, I felt as if he was someone I knew personally. Well done Anthony. Another great show guys and I agree, that 99 cent shrimp cocktail looked amazing! 😊
Enjoyed the show as usual. I'm bummed about the discontinuation of the Downtown Grand weekly blackjack tournament. I'm from Chicago but celebrating my retirement in Vegas in June. I was hoping to catch you at the Grand but I guess it isn't in the cards so to speak. I caught the 60 Minutes segment. great job Anthony. They should have given you more air time!
The wife and I love to see shows while visiting LV. Last June when we were there, I spent about $1700 on show tickets over a 9 day trip. (Quite a bit, but I figure sitting in a show that cost $250 for the two tickets is WAY cheaper than spending that time in the casino.) We saw 8 shows, so that averaged a little over $102 per ticket.
This came up as we’re getting ready to go to Vegas for my birthday in August. I tried to order the. LVA book of coupons but it wouldn’t go through on my phone.
Think we should have a LVA blackjack tournament put on by whievers LVA member is in town. Can always play anywhere. love the show, thanks again fellas!! DM
Hi A&A - congrats on the BJ tournament win at DTG 🤑 - thanks for another interesting and informative vlog - we really appreciate all you do for us who love Vegas! Cheers!!!!😎🍻
I will bet $1000 I am the only person to pick up my LVA in person in the last 20 years!🤔 Retired in 2000 and drove from Indiana to Vegas and my LVA had not arrived before I left. Back when Vegas was a place one could afford, like Westward Ho for $25 a night.🎤
Great job as always boys Guess I won’t see you at the Grand for tournaments today😂 Went by yesterday and noticed they are done with it. I’ll still buy the beers next time
So if Dennis’s machine was only at 99.4% with the Royal Flush $10,000 over its starting point, what was it playing at when the royal reset to $16,000? I thought for sure with the royal that high it would be playing positive. If I’m looking at it right, a royal equivalently as high on a normal five coin $1 denom machine would be at $6,500ish, which is very rare to find. Thanks
After seeing the Michael Jackson circus soleli and the Mystere circus solei I will say that even though those were very good. I would absolutely say that the acrobatic value shows like "Wow, Vegas spectacular" and "Ultimate variety show" are very similar to those shows, and a great value if you are into that sort of thing and don't want to break your bank.
Why did they stop both Video Poker and Blackjack tournaments? I'm playing a Video Poker Tournament in Laughlin late this month hope other casinos do more of these.
@Las Vegas Advisor You talked about whether hackers will do it again. I'm a cybersecurity specialist & worked as a consultant for a major telecom company. ALL major companies & ALL key infrastructure in western nations has been under CONSTANT daily sophisticated attacks since the start of the war in Ukraine. I'm talking telecoms, banking, broadcasting, email services, utilities, transportation, shipping, consulting, engineering, etc. These hacks are coming from very well-funded, large hacking teams in NK, Russia, China & Iran. Some of them either work directly for the governments or have their blessings. You only hear about hacks in the news when (1) they make it through and (2) they activate their script. It is without a doubt that they have already made new entries into Vegas Casino registry systems, once again, by now.
That's great Anthony that you won the BJ tournament at the Grand. Do they pay you 6:5 on BJ's? We were there (The Grand) this week playing at their $5 BJ tables and found out they just pay 6:5. Last year at the same time, it was a $5 table and BJ's paid 3:2. These casinos want my money I guess. WE did use the LVA coupon booklet. All downtown deals and saved lots of money. We will definitely get another booklet for 2025.
Hey guys! Love this video, and I appreciate the show info. I have my own channel focusing on shows and ticket info. Believe it or not, you can get a full-price ticket to Mystere (after fees) as low as $75 if you book a non-peak night, and far enough in advance. Also, Mac King has a locals discount that can get you in around $35. I just went this afternoon, in fact! Great show. I, too, would love to hang out with you guys sometime. (I was never able to get an afternoon off work to play in the tournament downtown.) Hopefully, there will be another meet-up sometime!
