Shrimp Tacos w/ Avocado Crema
Serves 2-3
INGREDIENTS
1lb raw shrimp
Flour or Corn Tortillas
1 large Avocado
1 bunch Cilantro
3-4 Limes
1 Jalapeño
1 Garlic clove
Red & Green Cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
1/3 cup Sour Cream
1/2 TSP Cumin
1/2 TSP Chili Powder
1/2 TSP Smoked Paprika
1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
1/2 TSP Black Pepper
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cooking oil

How long to cook shrimp each side??

About 2-3 minutes depending on the size of your shrimp. Once they turn pink & the tails start to curl in then you know they’re done. Hope that helps!

Lorraine Nguyen Yay!! I’m glad you liked it!! Honestly my crema only lasts 2 days in the fridge because my husband likes to eat it with chips lol. But I would say after 2 days it might start to turn brown & not taste as fresh because of the avocado
