Hey Dusty, not really related to this video but since you're in the area... Have you ever tried to apply for an authorization to fly your drone around the national park area? I was debating giving it a shot but I've heard I'd have better luck wining the lottery...
From my understanding and to minimize drone disturbance in the parks they reserve it strictly to commercial productions and you have to provide a detailed flight plan, route, times, etc. I have never heard of an individual being granted a permit for personal use unless involved in a project. It’s tough with all those amazing landscapes but luckily there are some other great areas to fly
Nice shred session..Looks cold as F***k tho not to many people out for a pow day.. If you had your pick staying in Banff for a week would it be the Lake or Sunshine.
It was a chilly day but just managable! The pow was a bit of a surprise so it was dead at the resort! If you can and haven’t been to both I’d definitely recommend checking them both out the terrain is quite different and the views are amazing at each in different ways!
