This update got me hyped for skins as well, cause aome are pure great, we ofc get king frank, cctv poco, free skin and the Cartoon ones are golden. I even like doll jessie and quarterback. All skins are honestly S tier. And now you have the gems for the mythic and legendary ones.

Free is always the best, definitely S tier. Flag Bearer Piper is actually is unusual kind of skin because of its design. Pawlette art is beyond S tier actually 😅. And I would like to see that Otis skin for Tribe but hopefully, next year. Because it would be so much cool as a Tribe fan.
