Today, I show you my spin on the best Smoked Meatloaf cooked on the Weber Kettle Grill. We cranked the Weber hmup to a temp between 250-300 degrees and smoked our meatloaf until it reached 150-160° internal. We used USDA prime ground beef from Six Brothers Beef and Italian Pork sausage mixed with green onion, white onion, 1836, and Cavenders Greek seasoning.
