I received 2 pairs of Beckett Simonon Morgen trainers a couple days ago in different colors. One pair of trainers had 2 right shoes instead of one left and one right. The other pair of shoes was good. I'm still waiting on an email response from Beckett Simonon to resolve this issue. I love them so far.
Awesome video! You have to try Thursday Boots new Encore sneaker. I also have the BS Reid sneaker with the flat sole, which was used before the new zig zag sole that your pair has. I prefer the look of the Encore. It's sleeker and is slightly lower profile than the Reid. The Reid has a thicker and more durable insole. Both are awesome, but the Encore is my pick!
Good video, here's my feedback/opinions: Isn't it always sneaker season? I don't think white sneakers realistically work, especially since they get dirty and frankly look very hypebeast. Also, I think most sneakers in this style look really bad because of the sheer amount of laces. The Beckett Simonon Geller Trainers in grey/white suede would've been much more of an interesting showcase than the reids. You chose the most "dad-shoe" of all the LUCAs. I think their Terra Low Sneakers or Chukka-Sneakers would've been more interesting. The Garcias are interesting but because of the extremely contrasting sole and how high up the sole is, it almost looks like they took some random VANS sole and put some chopped up leather shoe on top of it. Frankenshoe basically. The Veja are hideous.
The Geller Trainers look pretty great. I was going to review those this year, but they look really similar to the Morgen Trainers I did last year. I'll most likely put them on the schedule for another time.
