yes. wear a respirator especially in indoor areas. Sometime you can get away if its outdoors but most times its good to wear a mask.

yes rusto is trash

gives you far more control over your can, high pressure cans are good for filling or wide lines but for accurate/detail oriented stuff i’d recommend low pressure because less paint is coming out
