Thanks for your comment ! The only thing stopping me from getting the Pumas is the price $$$. I like what you said, very good to know they feel similar. I just think for price point I’d stick with the maxfly 2
@@jackhammered_I’ve since tried the maxfly 2s and still prefer the puma evospeed nitro 2s. Puma ESN2s > Nike MF2 > Adidas SP3. Puma - just stiff enough, conforming and comfortable upper and great track feel and response. They definitely need to make the spikes exchangeable (as with their distance spikes) Nike - similar stiffness to the pumas, upper is ok, shoe still feels disconnected from the track as with the MF1s but an upgrade from the original iteration Adidas - too narrow, too stiff, foam too hard, uncomfortable wear
They feel like you have more ground control as there is slightly less foam. I haven't done blocks yet but I have done crouch starts and liked them for accelerations
Good question! If sprint without socks I THINK you could get away with a 10.5 but if you wear socks I'd probably say go the 11. I feel like I'm right between, I could just fit into a 9.5 when I'd normally wear a 10 in spikes, I just haven't tried a 9.5 maxfly yet.
Would you say that these would be good for running a 200m? I am looking for some spikes but am unsure on these because of the bubble durability around the bends.
hmmm, maybe the asics metaspeed 2 ? An athlete of mine has very wide feet and makes the Maxfly's work for him. Just takes a little but to break them in.
They are even better then these maxflys 2, you should really try them. I have em both the maxfly2 and the sp3. They are so much more stable, responsive, bouncier, stiffer
@@divyanshmishrmuch better imo. It’s slightly heavier but it’s much more secure and comfortable. Honestly like a more comfortable and secure version of the superfly elite 2. Seems like it’ll be very durable as well
This new model looks way better than the poofy pink colour, which really only looks good on blonde chicks. The only thing I dont like is the gay looking fluoro orange part 😂
