We need:

approx. 350 ml milk (sometimes 400 ml)
1 egg
1 egg yolk
30g of fresh yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
We still need:
Fresh fruit
Cherries, strawberries, mulberries or other fruits
Breadcrumbs
Sugar
vanilla sugar
cinnamon
* the breadcrumbs retain the juice of the fruit so that your cake does not float
* fruit should be given a lot, no need to save
* add sugar to taste
