Aloha. It is so good that you are experiencing this time alone. One day you won't be living alone, I am sure of it. I am 49, divorced since I was 32, two daughters now on their own. My partner lives about a 3-hour drive from me. I see I'm once a week, maybe less. He has talked about us moving in together but I've been putting it off for years. I luuuuuuuuv my alone time, waking up to my silence. I own my home with a huge organic produce garden, a hot tub, sauna/cold plunge, a study sunroom -- and another home I spend a few days a week I designed myself which I only Airbnb during the summers. It truly feels nice to be able to read, be lost in my thoughts, able to travel around the world attending work conferences as well as I am studying online with Oxford U. What I am saying is, that I love my peace. I am very much an introvert. Too much noise makes me feel anxious. I get to ski /snowboard once to twice a week, meeting people on the mountain. I could go on about the benefits of living alone. One day you'll look back and have a ton of stories to tell. Not many have a chance to discover or love themselves.
