If seeing hot air balloons launching against the other-worldly Cappadocian landscape is not on your bucket list, it needs to be. I found the perfect place to do just that with an equally unbelievable hike through the stunning Red and Rose Valleys afterward as a bonus. These are definitely core memories in the making.
