Very good presentation. You do a good job explaining the little things without assuming everyone knows what you are talking about - sometimes we do not. Also I was having trouble installing my stock guides because I must have forgotten or missed the part about arm length being adjustable. So now I can install using the board and magnet method. Anthony, I use both guides with narrow stock. Because the guides are pushing down and towards the fence, you only have to push horizontally, so I use a thin push stick (less than 3/4") which goes under the rollers. Perfectly safe and accurate. Also with narrow stock, using one guide I use a feather board on the infeed side. That also works well. Thanks for the excellent video
Absolutely correct. I think I might have even demonstrated that you can cut narrow stock with both guides down and it doesn’t get in the way. I wish I had these a lot sooner.
Thank you, I might buy them. Buy the way, where from are you buying the melamine sheets, what about hinges and other accessories? I moved from Europe in the Us, I’m curious if they are some big stores, selling all you need to make melamine cabinets. Thank you.
@@MESTER47 these melamine sheets are from my local supplier, but you can get them in Home Depot and lowes. I order hinges and other accessories online. You can buy them at the big box stores also but the quality and selection is not as good.
@@AnthonyScolaro1 thank you Anthony, în Romania at least, people will order lots of custom melamine furniture, and people are doing quite well having shops and building it, plus we have melamine mdf/particle board businesses which are cutting and edge banding your sheet order, those stores also sell all the accessories needed for you as a shop, or a diy-er to build your cabinets.
@@Zamboni-0805 yes, they have. I’m just getting them now because I didn’t have a table saw for 3 years due to my old shop space. I’ve needed these for a long time. I’m outfitting this cabinet saw with bells and whistles.
@@joeychgo unfortunately I just got a table saw back after 3 years of using only a track saw and parallel guides because my old shop was so small. This new shop allows me all the amenities I need again.
