Rick and Shelley this is a diamond review! I wondered what happened to the Olive Tree as I remembered it being on the sea front many years ago and on a visit a few years back it turned up missing, I thought it had closed down. We’d eaten in there a good few times when it was on the sea front, I recall the first time when it was closing for the afternoon the staff still served us a cooked meal and where very accommodating and welcoming. I’m pretty sure the lady from the Olive Tree in your video was there?!? We went another few times after that and I can confirm the portions are very big, not just that, quality, and delicious also. I remember writing a very favourable review on TripAdvisor after we returned home and just I’ve had a look to see how long ago it was, however; it is gone. I have been watching your videos and joining in a couple of your lives, however; not a subscriber . . . until now. New subscriber, you’ve earned it and more! All the best to you and yours.

You can't beat a Scottish lorne sausage Rick I am 65 and never tried a battered fried Mars bar as usual another great vlog will try that place when I come over end of May Enjoy guys ❤️
Rick , De Bello's beside Olive Garden Deli in the background of this vlog is excellent as well, great concept where you chose your own steak and what size you want it, the Garlic Prawns starter for Shelley are yum as well, and homemade chips, great value too.
Look at you 2, coming over to the dark side doing food reviews 🤣 Maybe you should educate some of the other vloggers as to where the real food is & where you locals go 😉 The breakfast did look ‘mazin BTW, one for the ‘must try’ list ❤️
Wow Shellys breakfast looked amazing but Far too huge for me. Years ago I did go to Olive garden on the front and it was a great place. Definitely good value for money and the bread looked fantastic. I am a sucker for fresh homemade bread

You can never beat a good breakfast. 5 friends of mine we were out for the day drinking on Saturday. First stop in the next town for a double full English £9.50. Like you say set up for the day.

I remember first time I went to england and was shook up by the lady behind the counter saying “you alright darling?” I was dating this batshi*t crazy English lady and she was rolling laughing as I told the poor lady behind the counter that I was NOT her darling!!.. 😆 Was sure I was in trouble with the missus as she was very jealous about that sort of things… But you had to call that lady darling at least 10 times.. is it really that normal? Here in Norway we’re cold people who rarely say hi to anyone..😅 To be honest I’d have it like you do more than how we have it.. it’s so nice and welcoming when I meet someone and they greet me with “you alright darlin?” 😄

I agree the breakfast in the Olive Garden is fantastic but too big for me. I have also had a Sunday Lunch and other means in there. All fantastic meals but all too big for me!
nice to meet you last week rick in dylans, we did have breakfast in there which was nice but wish i had tried olive garden now. Did have a meal recommended by a resident in the De bello carniceria & grill just behind you by casey which was the best steak i have had in a while

I know when I eventually get over to Tenerife I'll be going to the places recommended by people who actually live or have lived there before over others if you get my drift. 😉🤭 As for the breakfast itself it looked amazing!!
