How is this not good for your health?? Meat and eggs in honestly one of the best thing you can eat and marrow is also amazing!!! Carnivore for life!!!! Looks amazing and worth the effort!!!

By the way, I've done a lot of research lately on what is good and not good for someone with cardio issues and the only thing I would eliminate from this brekkie is the toast which could easily be replaced with a keto bread or hash brown.
