Pay, this is tearing at me a bit. I’m about to launch a Crowdfunding campaign to enter a really competitive market and I have been thinking of leaning into the audacity of “just coming out of the blocks hard”, getting people psyched on being pat’s of the 1st percent of something huge. Great video Patrick - This is mistake that I’ve made many times. When I focused on one service we built our 500 staff agency from this... it is a trap to try and sell everything when starting in business. Jack of all trades master on none - comes to mind. *Specialization seems to have real big benefits, but if one goes that route i think its important to keep training the brain to learn new things perhaps completely unrelated, so the brain remembers how to learn new things faster,*

Great content👍🏻. Keep pushing peoples envelope and enable them to think for themselves. Sometimes you also have to reverse specialisation because the road has come to an end.

I am specializing like a consulting engineer, focus on adding value in 2-3 types of activities, with a great team of professionals in their fields. When we will grow and stabilize to a certain level, adding more value proposals to new clients and contracting more employees/partners I think is the rational path for prosperity.
