Hi Nikhil, I respect your thoughts but in the corporate sector we call people by their name only whether they are so much experienced or 50-60 years old but it doesn't mean that we are disrespecting them. And I think, I am habitual of this That's why. Maybe you don't know the corporate culture that's why you are saying this.
1st of all I'm not Nikhil I'm shefali from kolkata, I know corporate culture very will that why I'm saying, for example when we go school college fastime, whatever are teacher teach us we learned, after everything learned we may be highly qualified then them but always says he and she our teacher, whatever age their have, please don't mind but try to understand what I'm saying......
