I totally agree with what you said about Heather. A lot of the reasoning they used to keep her in the game was a little strange at times. ESPECIALLY Cody's elimination! 'OK, Heather's being entitled again, but she's the main villain. How do we keep her around? Oh, I know! We could have Cody get MAULED BY A BEAR!' Yeah, that one was kinda strange!

I headcanon a Lindsay/Harold TDA finale. It's a very common topic in online Total Drama discussion. Basically, both of them became breakout stars in TDA with major roles in the story, but both of them are eliminated back-to-back in infuriating ways.

Honestly i think Sammy is one of the most Underrated character, She has the only good Storyline of the season that was stuck in the worse season with the worst cast and got cut short

Before I start on my list, I want to just address what you said about Lauren, aka Scary Girl. I feel like she is what Pahkitew Island did wrong, but done right. The problem with PI's characters is that nearly everyone was like this, weird and crazy and not like a normal teenager. Lauren would not look out of place with that cast. The thing that the reboot did right is that she was the ONLY person like this. If PI just had one or two people like her and made everyone else a bit more normal, the cast would have been better. Lauren is allowed to be in her cast because there is no one else on that level of weirdness. We allow her because of the normalcy of the others surrounding her. It's basically just the same as what Izzy was, but taken to a macabre extreme (I know the pitch was "someone that makes Izzy look sane"). I have tried to do a list of characters per season from best to worst, but that was more objective. My bests were: TDI: Gwen TDA: Lindsay TDWT: Heather TDRI: Zoey TDAS: Gwen (again) TDPI: Shawn (I know) RR: The Sisters TDI Reboot 1: Bowie TDI Reboot 2: Julia I do have reasons for all of these, and the reboot ones are sort of spur-of-the-moment, but Bowie's social game was so good in the reboot that I couldn't resist putting him over Priya (who I loved in the first season but I think way overstayed her welcome in the second) and Julia's alliance, beast combat and offscreen antics just edged her way into it for the second one. I'm not a big fan of AS Scott and I actually think WT Sierra was more interesting than WT Alejandro by a tiny margin, but I put them second and third after Heather. I had a hard time deciding between Cameron and Zoey for RI, but I think Zoey just had a more complete story about confidence and how far that should go. The first two were no-brainers, and as for RR...well, I just think the Sisters had the most development, being on better terms by the end than they were at the start. I really disliked Emma in the first few episodes, but I got to like her far more once she started treating Kitty with more respect.

Damien is one of my favorite characters and he could of become the finalist if they didn't scroll him over 🙃

Gwen and Leshawna were definitely the best characters in TDI but I think the best in TDRI was Mike due to his multiple personality disorder being a major plot point and giving him an arc.

Yea I agree with most these takes. There are just some characters each season who are really hard to dislike, ya know?

The Sisters were my favorite team in the Ridonculous Race, I liked seeing two siblings working together in a positive light (Compared to Amy and Sammy, and the adversity twins were fine but not as enjoyable). Caleb was also someone I actually enjoyed, it helped that he wasn't trying to be deceptive towards Priya and thought they were on the same page. My personal favorites from season two of the reboot though were MK and Julia, it was interesting to see a villain duo that actually got along well (the Skaters could get along but there was clear domination from Josee in that team)

TDI: TOTALLY agree! I mean, I'd say Geoff too, but you know what, Gwen and Leshawna was fair enough Action: Harold is one of my favourite characters anyway, so this season was nice for him. I don't like the season, but that was good World tour: Noah is my SECOND favourite, but Alejandro was THE GOAT! The best character overall, the only good thing in World tour! Revenge of the island: Zoey and Lightning. Lightning is unpopular opinion, but he was so fun! Very silly and still very good at the games. I LOVE the fact that you agree! BEST WINNER EVER!! I love sammy from pakitew she has a nice arc/plot and her being able to overcome her sister in the end was such a good idea and fun to watch the only thing i hate was sammy's elimination Sammy is a really underrated character in my opinion and is one of the only characters to have more than her one stereotypical arc

When you said Gwen and leshawna as the best characters for island I practically jumped for joy. Gwen is my all time favorite character, leshawna is second, and Duncan is third and seeing my top 2 was honestly refreshing.

LIGHTNING IS the G.O.A.T (of Revenge of the Island . All Stars he fell off but he was only in 2 episodes and he was still really funny so yeah)

Island: Honestly, even though if he was only a comic relief character that won, Owen stood out as one of the best to me, because he was likable and even though he didn't have too much arc, I wanted Owen to win because him losing would of made me cry, but what made this season the best was that Gwen and Owen were just rootable finalist characters. Honestly, that season is where everyone came at their very best.(except for Heather, Noah, Tyler,(those three were just better in the other seasons) Eva, Katie, and Sadie) Action: Harold and Lindsay, these two came with the most arc and the most improved competition skills. I wished these two were finalists or one of them to be finalists. I can't pick Duncan or Beth because they did have few ahole moments(mainly Duncan) and Owen and Leshawna were just the best in the first season. World Tour: Let's get this one out of the way and we gonna pick Heather for obvious reasons. This villain protagonist really owned the era especially her thing with Alejandro(who was also great, uses great strategy and manipulation and uses almost no plot armor, this is the definition of the best TD villain ever). I couldn't pick Noah(despite me NOT going to the RR best, I am going to just say it, that he owned the RR era) because he was better in RR, and Tyler because although he was better this season, he tragicly cut short, and sorry Zeke, you turned into a monster so (I am crying in secret) goodbye! And sorry, I can't pick Cody because even though I wanted him to win, I think we all agree that Cody didn't do too much this season compared to Al and Heather. ROTI: I am not sure about this one, but I am going to choose Cameron. Even though the guy was more of a supporting character than a main character, I was glad that he won in my ending I watched. Overall, I enjoyed watching Cameron have some funny fail moments, helping out with Mike's DID and him with the Iron Man suit. All Stars: This is the season why none of the OGs can get chosen due to the bad writing. But I will say that despite the minor derailment of him being more stupid, I think Scott was the best in that season. Although it can be a little bit outside of his character, he was a very funny character to watch and thankfully this minor derailment didn't become story-damaging or annoying. So yeah, Scott was the best because of the fact that it ended up being more funny to watch. Pahkitew Island: Oh boy, let me scroll all the characters real quick. (After 10 decades) Perfect I say Shawn because even though he was like the majority of these characters, he was the only one with an arc and development and the one of the two characters(along with Jasmine) to have a well-written happy ending in this season. And also, because except for Sammy, they all pretty much sucked to a certain degree. (Sorry no RR, rank it yourselves and I already gave you an answer in the World Tour section) Reboot 1: I pick Bowie, even though Zee is my favorite reboot character, Bowie just stands out the most. I can't call him a villain because Julia does worse, but I will say he got the right mindset of a competitor. His thing with Raj is enjoying to watch and he got some good strategy that got him to the finals. No need for more explanation, just watch it yourselves. Reboot 2: Even if I think that Raj should win over Wayne, I think the Hockey Bros were just the best in the season. Yeah sure they lasted longer, but the good thing was they had their first seperation ever, and what was well done with this season that Katie and Sadie didn't do was that after Raj's elimination, Wayne despite being depressed first, still managed to fight strong and win the season which was awesome. Congrats, Wayne!

Surfer bros, ice dancers and the police cadets, Noah and Owen top teams for sure. If I had to pick the best probably the surfer bros because they were just pretty chill and cool lol. Total drama Ridonculous race was honestly really fun to watch. For the reboot I wish they didn’t focus so much on the relationship between Caleb and priya. He would have been so much a better character in season two if they didn’t have so much of his character tied to pryia. The relationship between them was getting old fast… 😭

I agree with this video 100%. Took the words right out of my mouth, especially with Harold in Action and Scott in All-Stars. I do like the Goths and the Ice Dancers more than the Reality Pros and the Sisters but it's not like I hate them.
