Really excited for zoochosis! that and primal earth xD really has potential and I cant say cause of reasons but I know most people are going to love the models to the game 💖
all these games look sick, going to see if i can play squirrel with a gun as it looks real wacky and have you heard of the upcoming game ‘reanimal’? it’s only got a couple teasers so far and i’m not too sure about a release date but its an animal horror game by Tarsier Studios
@@VelocciYT I feel like the work would be worth it. I’m sure the console release for POT has been nothing but beneficial. I am grateful for the devs that decided to release it on console felt so left out for years. I hope one day the genre gets some console love haha
7. Hmmm, Ug can slay great beast with my- *(shing_soundeffect) Sharp jawline~ Observe [Bashes chin into boulder splitting it in half] Yeh~ (Teeth fall out... and faints)
I feel like PC is probably the most friendly to indie developers, though with Steam now doing some cross platform stuff that might be subject to change
Pc is a lot cheaper and easier to develop for, consoles you additionally have to jump through a lot of hoops to get it published there, and in most cases need a publisher to help. For an indie game it’s quite expensive and time consuming so they ignore that part
I saw a cool animal sim being made in Roblox that I hadn’t heard of before? I believe it was called Ecos: La Brea. Like I would never have guessed it was being made in RB. It looks like one to possibly keep an eye on
Unfortunately a lot of games by indie studios release onto steam if they’re going onto PC! It’s usually a lot easier. However I can look at games that are coming to stuff like Roblox sometime in the future
I'm so excited about the ant game. As an entomologist I'm just so happy to see these amazing insects being shown off and people getting to learn about them!
i include a couple where you are not the animal, but the main drive of the game is still the animals (like zoochosis) the games wouldnt be the same without them :)
ok yes empire of the ants is immediatly my nr 1 most anticipated game, i will not disclose the number of hours i have on "empires of the undergrowth" but i will say its a LOT ants are my favorite insects of all times okay listen
also if people havnt noticed, alot of developers are making african survival animal games which all look the same, maybe slightly different in some cases, but alot of the animations/models are reused and 9 times out of 10, its the same gameplay/story in the games and its either you pick one or waste your money on dupes.
