I’ve been plant based for about a year and vegan for 1 month now and the only thing I can eat at Olive Garden is the minestrone soup and aubergine parm minus the parm ( even then I’m sure they use egg when frying their food lol) I’ve been eating microwave potato’s with vegan butter and vegan bac’n bits for a week now and my moms birthday is in 2 days I’m definitely going to make this 😊thank you !

I don't have an instant pot but this recipe should be easy to do on the stovetop. Will definitely give it a try. Nice job on the video and audio. Good luck with your channel.
