I rarely comment but I have to tell you man. I have heard this argument plenty times and it never makes any sense. This is reality. This is how things have bern since the beginning of time. @@NicolaiChrisn Yeap, my comment seems like complaining like a b1tch xD im working on getting to be the best version of myself. I started gym 6 months ago and results are visible now (i want to keep it as part of my life routine now), soon ill get my degree as interpreter\translator\teacher and ill get the cambridge certification too. Ive had a few girlfriends and one even lasted 3 years, my issue is that i zuck at initial contact cuz i dont want to come across as just friendly with a woman i find attractive. Once i interact more and more with a woman i relax and im able to sustain nice conversation even in a "flirty\playful" way, but i struggle a ton with the first couple of interactions cuz i dont want to come across as too "friendly" too "needy" nor too "uninterested". Things have not always been like this at all, cuz socialmedia has distorted most women view on themselves and majority of average women dont want average men due to excesive male atettention from their socials. In the past you could only date people in your immediate surroundings (your block, school, collegue, workplace, and through family and friends circle). So now one has to put 20 times more effort to recieve half or less than half of your investmen cuz most women date multiple guys at the same tieme when they are not im an exclusive relationship. Women can afford to date a lot cuz they do not pay jacksh1eet, in my case right now i can barely afford to spend 50 - 70 bucks on a date every couple of weeks.

​@@NicolaiChrisn I dont agree, modern dating does suck major balls and im saying as it is. Your comment is pure cope, well mostly it really down plays how hard "dating" has become. I asked some of my older colleagues at work (30 to 50+) and I asked them "how did you meet partners back in your days" and the difference in expectations were vastly different back then, surely you had to look good, be clean and didnt have to look like the typical bottom of the barrel basement dweller but, nowadays you need to be literally at your peak all the time if you are not fat chance, at least in my experience. I've been going to the gym for some years now and even though I dont look bad I still get none. There are so many more variables to account for in modern dating and most "dates" aren't even dates. (This is my opinion now) Its more like a business transaction rather than focusing on the person you have in front of you its more like a comparison "what can they give me which i dont already have and what do I get out of it". Its like a formula in my eyes you know Success in career + Good looks + money + time and attention = you get a girl If you dont meet those categories fat chance of ever getting together. But that's just my experience im talking from it can very well be that I went on some dates with bad potential partners. And trust me I tried various approaches on them. Also wanted to say i partially blame Social Media for setting unrealistic standards for men. And you can say all you want but a man shouldn't be ripped out of his damn mind and earn 10 to 12k a month and have all that to meet a damn girl and it actually having to last. However i also might just be coping too hard because of the shitty dates.
