Rode has created a very simple and easy to understand virtual mixer.. overall its a great product and have many great features however.. Rode Unify completely sucks because of its massive downsides.. this virtual mixer could be a solid replacement for so many users - it could build brand and help Rode further grow its consumer base.. but instead, its another virtual mixer with a terrible paywall in front of it.

Yeah, really wish that Mac mixer would come to Windows. Totally agree with your POV on this mixer from Rode and it makes me sad because it's otherwise a very cool looking option, probably one I would consider adopting (although I would like to apply a wee bit of post processing for at least the mic channel).

I moved to steelseries from voicemeter following your recommendations. If we can get them to add more sources and outputs I would be happy. I was excited when I saw the video about this one and the first few minutes but then they ruined it by making it a monthly payment.

I wanted to make my own virtual mixer - this is exactly what I want to create - but considering I looked for a dev for a few years and was never able to get someone to build the app - might as well tell these companies how to do it right

Rode sent me their rode x line up and I’m in the process of testing everything. One thing I’ve had trouble with is adding unify as an input to obs. Did you do this and how? Thanks and great video

I paid for it and it doesn't route Audio to my wireless headset (G533) I'm so pissed I wasted 5 bucks for this thing

It’s certainly in early stages - and certainly not worth $5 although that might be a bluetooth issue not related to the app itself - can be finicky

I can't find any subscription for this product, this they remove that? also, I downloaded the software, but it doesn't find my Blue Yeti microphone, as in.. at all.. What virtual mixer would you suggest for Windows? the best I've personally used is by far the one from Beacn, but I no longer own their products... soo.. yea (I also just sold my elgato stuff, it's just not worth it honestly.. these mediocre products, to gain access to voice control, I'll literally almost rather spent all that extra money on a rodecaster pro 2.. well)

When i opened voice meter potato my brain crashed And ive had 20 years pc xp My son installed it then moved out leaving me to learn it all now. Alexa, firefox and Amazon music are what i need linking to audacity Now i have a wall of sliders In-between them grrr

The voicemeeter UI has to be one of the worst UI ever made. It’s not customizable. It’s confusing. The labeling on sources makes absolutely no sense. The location of outputs makes no sense. I get it.

It looks very promising, but not worth the price tag. At the moment of commenting, it's AUD $1 annually. But I expect in a few weeks it'll go back to AUD $7.99 monthly; AUD $69.99 annually

I like when RØDE update their products in response to user feedback, so hopefully they add additional features to Unify. Their Black Friday deal of a 12-month sub for $1 is cheap enough to check it out.
