No it is not fake, do not put honey in boiling stuff. The benefits that come from honey will die surely that is backed by research, but will it turn poisonous? maybe or maybe not, but if a very good ancient Ayurveda document says it why take the risk instead just wait for water to cool down a bit. Plus Whoever is saying they have been taking it for years in boiling water and they are still here, i have had a very toxic partner and I am still here so not all toxins kill you.. last part jk.
What a stupid remark. It’s my profession to listen, I am a student. I spend all day listening. I’m just asking for some rationale. What is the rationale behind what Sadhguru is saying? Should it hurt him to give a rational explanation?
Then why do I feel horrible when I drink 4 teas with honey per day. When I stop and drink hot water with lemon instead I feel great. I go back to hot water with honey and tea I get my stomach issues again. There is obviously something wrong with honey in hot beverages.
@@WeirdSmellyMan yes two things, first benefits for which we want to take honey the enzymes the minerals are lost when we heat it too much, and that is backed up by modern day research So if you want those antiviral-baterial-fungal benefits then don't burn them. But will it turn poisonous literally? maybe or maybe not, then again when an ancient Ayurveda document says it - why take the risk?🙂instead just take honey with lukewarm stuff. (These Hindu scripture says a lot of stuff which are slowly getting backed by up research now and were not believed a few years back) And the people who are saying that they have been taking it since long and they are still here, for them not all poisons or toxins kill us for example - my ex didn't.
