I always like to see how people put their collections together. I have the added challenge of being an out of the box collector, so I can't stack them up. But, a friend recommended getting a couple baseball bat cases from Michaels and they work beautifully! - Loren

The cases is a great idea! I know those cases tend to be a little more expensive than shelves, but the display would look great!

Awesome storage solution! Thanks for sharing, good to know too for the people that are really picky that the pops will stick off the shelves a bit. Also if we go with 20 pops per shelve (2x10) that's only $75 per 100 pops! Awesome!

those are great, i have a bunch to put up , although what im going to do is flip them so that i can put my pops that are in the hard cases on them without issues, going to have to really secure them in sturdy though. going to do 1 dbl stack and then 3 triple stacks per wall X 2 walls.

I have small space so I can put all my funko oops but only gonna have out the small one not the big ones , would just doing l brackets and some wood to place them be good enough

I have been collecting for 3 years and I have 379 pops in my collection probably more that I didn’t’ put in the app. Lol I have a LOT of them out of the box on top of my large closet. I also use the ikea shelf to display my pops but I have the medium size one and with the OTB ones it could hold about 15 lol I make them fit. Then I have some in a bookcase, on my end table, in the living room tables lol I’m running out of space. But hopefully I will be moving into a house and I could figure out a way to have all of them in one space. I will have to get longer shelving to hold a lot more than 10 if I keep my newer ones in the box.

I have these shelves and haven't gotten them mounted yet, Thanks for the sneak peek at what I can expect. I'm thinking maybe some cardboard under the pops to boost them slighty for full display of the names. Any other ideas?

That is a good idea if you want to see the name. I honestly can see the names for the shelves on the bottom, it is mostly shelves that are higher up that you won’t be able to see the name.

Yes they do. I have protectors on a lot of my pops. They only thing is that the hard stacks end up being a tight fit, and stacking someone becomes uneven if you don’t have the right protectors

Thank you so much for this video. I'm highly considering this option. But I'm wondering if the shelves are heavy and I'm also wondering if you are bothered by how the bottom row have their names covered a bit? 🤔

Glad you enjoyed the video JJ! The shelves are sturdy, but they are not very heavy. I don’t mind that the name is covered on the bottom row, because I can still see the pop

You can fit 10 4inch pops across, so you can fit 30 if you stack them 3 high

Do you know about how many pops would fit on the smaller sized shelf? (Without double stacking)

The longer shelves can fit 10 across, so the smaller shelf would fit 5 across

Do the 10inch funkos fit? If not what do you recommend to do with them?

The 10 inch pops do not fit in these. They are perfect fits for 4 inch pops. I normally display my 10 inches on my bookcase or on a table

Do you drill these into studs, anchor them into the drywall, or screw directly into the drywall?

We just screwed them directly into the drywall. They are not heavy shelves so they don’t require a ton of extra support

The shelves I got were the 45” shelves. The smaller shelves are 22”

These shelves look amazing for displaying, but what is your adivce for displaying pops for renters?

That is a good point. If you are renting, you might be limited with what you can drill in the wall. Most landlords should allow you to drill, as long as you are willing to fill and paint the wall when you move out. If you don’t want to worry about that, then it might be better to some bookcases to display your figures

They don’t require Studs. We didn’t put studs in ours, but it’s probably a good idea if you want to have extra support

Dust does build on these shelves, but you just want dust them every once in a while. It is nothing terrible. You can even just wipe it with your finger to take care of it
