Hey guys take it easy. This is more of an Mohawk inspiration for a woman's style. Just the concept of the sides back right to mimic the shaving and height on top. I can do a real Mohawk video if you'd like. My husband was in a rock band for 20 years and guess who helped him do his mohawks(real Mohawks). Didn't mean to piss off the punk rock community. I LUV u guys!

You have to get in the shower and pour a lot of conditioner into the hair to get the teasing out easily.Run your fingers from the base out till you reach some knots and pull your fingers out of your hair and start again. Takes maybe 5 minutes to untangle and my hair is LONG, lol. I flat iron it up with hairspray in it, then do the teasing while the spray it still tacky. If it took you hours to fix, I imagine you combed or brushed it while it was dry. Hope this helps if you wanted to try again.

Personally, i like the concept. But i think you should start out by doing that "fake long ponytail" trick. that way it looks like the mohawk is attached to her hair at the bottom, like it should be.

The fact here is, is that the style she's doing is "not" a mohawk. It's too tame to be a mohawk, and the girl would need a lot more volume in the front of her hair. We're respecting the video sure, but just not the dumb woman who's telling us this is a mohawk when it clearly isn't.
