@EVE921 Because I've tried it. But that was over a year ago. With all the new expansions since then you'll exceed the 7 million with ease.

@EVE921 You have to look at it this way: all unplayed families have certain household funds. Every other expansion introduces a new world with entirely new families in them, both in that world and unplayed. It really adds up a lot when you put all that money together in one household.

@EVE921 There are a lot of families with no house but money. Father Winter is 1 and he sits on 500k. How many expansions do you have?

@EVE921 Depends on how you use that money. I decided to stop and play a file in where the family just earns the money instead. The fun part comes from the challenge that comes with being rich: staying that way. Huge mansions have huge bills and there lies the challenge. And from that perspective I say: yes, it is fun. Sims can use money for a variety of ways: 1. Expanding on the house. 2. Buying collections. 3. Flaunting wealth to increase fame. 4. Giving money to other Sims to buy friendship. 5. Stay in selfmade luxury hotels when they go on holiday/vacation. 6. Buying a store and pouring their millions in to make it successful. 7. Pouring most of their money in a vault and watch it grow when your Sim has the frugal trait. The amount of money that can go in the Get Famous expansion vault exceeds the $9.999.999 the household can have.

This is why Clement is now the father of current generation 😭 I thought I could just take the money and be done with him.. nah he’s still going strong, he’s an elder and has lived over 185 days… I have never seen a sim live this long as an elder. I have even tried over exerting him with physical activity, intimacy, hot foods, electric shock, so much more 🥲 he refuses to pass LMAO
