Looks so cool! would you recommend to come later in the afternoon to try to avoid the heat and crowds? Also, is there anything else to do around the pyramids.
Later in the afternoon may be less busy and could cool down a bit with the sun starting to set but I’d be worried you wouldn’t have enough time. There isn’t much else to do in the area. There is a popular restaurant in a cave called La Gruta but we’ve heard it’s overprices and the food isn’t great.
I am just in awe of the sheer size of the place! I spied a Christmas tree from the hot air balloon ride, was it still super hot in the afternoon during the winter?
It was huge! I feel like we could go back and still find new details. Even in the winter it’s hot but mainly because there is no shade so the sun is on you the whole time. It would be even hotter in the summer 😥
