fun fact, effigies are also good for stopping projectiles(jinx ult, ezr q), some times, i like to place 1 or 2 behind the drake/baron when im taking it. it wont gonna happen a lot, but its already saved me 3 times

Is there anything else you can do with Fiddle's passive besides warding? Like mind game techniques or something?

in my opinion it is basically strictly for fear proc and control ward

Yes. It doesn't always work, but if someone is chasing you and you go in a bush, you can quickly put down an effigy and have it directed to walk in another direction than you. This can sometimes confuse the enemy and make them target the fake one, allowing you to get away. Also on very rare occasions I have done the "place one on either side of me and stand between them so the enemy has to guess the real one".

i think it can block incoming skills? For example, it can stop Sion's ult if sion hit the effigy. You can place the effigy to block the incoming sion

cool thing with sweeping the 3 bushes with only two wards, what were you gonna mention at the end? video cut off early lol

What does the arrow on the effigies mean? Does it matter which way its facing?

The way it faces does not really matter, its just that if it is facing a direction and is spotted by an enemy sometimes it may sometimes choose to walk in that direction if it is away from enemies.
