Chicken with Coca-cola! Simple and delicious recipe that all your friends will ask for
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (Chicken Coca-cola in oyster sauce)
1 whole chicken (2.3 lbs)
Salt and pepper
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
Spring onions and red onions
500 ml Coca-cola
1 thumb sized ginger
2 star anise (optional)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Cornstarch + water
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (PANCIT WITH PORK LIVER)
1/2 kilo fresh miki noodles
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 kilo pork liver, sliced
1 and 1/2 cups water (add more if needed)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 medium carrot, julienne
1-2 pack of PeeWee snack (barbecue flavor)
1 tbsp fish sauce (patis)
Salt to taste
2 Bok choy, sliced
2 stalks green onion, sliced
