They say autism goes undiagnosed in women 😢 Pauline strikes me as a woman who might be on the spectrum. She overly blunt and unintentionally rude. Especially when she was talking to the Aboriginal fellow.
You forget. Back then, before xenophobic was a buzz word, many many other Australians (who might not have had a Big Word Tertiary Education) would also have not known what the word meant. She was/is part of a less pretentious sector of Australians, whereas Jana Wendt was a snooty pretentious journo -- one of the first to revel in "gotcha" questions, along with Willisee, Charlton.
It's easy to forget that this is someone who has on multiple occasions been elected to her position. It's not someone deciding to be in the position she is in, she was put there by people who obviously see something in the bat crazy ramblings.... scary thought, which is lessened somewhat when she says teaching children to "menstrebate".
Don't know if you can online. It was a raw newsfeed i had access to via contacts. But it was Pauline defending her comments on autistic kids having separate classes at schools. ABC may have put it up, do a bit of digging and see what you can find!

The question is how has someone like her remained in public service for so long. She’s just a reflection of how a lot of people must be like in Australia
here's a newsflash, she was only put back into parliament in 2016, before that, was booted out in 1998 after less than 2 years in power. the only thing that she's had constantly is gratuitous media coverage giving her a shot. that is partially why she's in office now, as well as preference vote changes by turnbull.

Pauline is every Aussies favourite chook in the hen house she’s honest and true and delivers the goods. And will peck the eyes of the intruders to defend what’s most important.
Pauline doesn't want to be Asian-ised but I marred one so that means Pauline is trying to split my family. Pauline has become my nemesis but Australian law prevents me from doing physical harm to her but I can still do voodoo on her. Lol
YOU FUCKING IDIOT !!! DOES'NT WANT AUSTRALIA ASIANISED DOES NOT MEAN ANTI ASIAN ! NOR IS SHE ANTI MUSLIM ! OR ANTI ANYONE ! SHE ONLY WANTS WHAT'S BEST FOR AUSTRALIA ! TO KEEP THINGS IN BALANCE ! FOOL IF YOU LISTEN TO, AND BELIEVE THE PROPAGANDA FROM THE MAJOR PARTIES ! PAULINE AND HER PARTY ARE THE ONLY ONES IN PARLIAMENT WITH ANY CREDIBILITY , THE ONLY ONES SPEAKING FOR AUSTRALIANS.... DON'T LISTEN TO THE BULLSHIT , ASK PAULINE HERSELF ! SEND A TEXT OR EMAIL AND GET THE TRUTH FROM HER !!!!!! ........ AND BY THE WAY , SHE IS NOT TRYING TO BREAK UP YOUR FAMILY ! WHAT A STUPID COMMENT !!
OMG and I thought the cesspool of far-left extreme bigotry and hated cut and pasted media, only existed in USA on Jimmy Kimmel, NBC and Clown News Network. But Holly dog vomit it's spread to Australia like the ten plagues of Egypt. I suppose you hate Trump too just because of patriotic policies of putting America first. Australia should avoid such policies, of patriotism of putting Aussie's first. But the rest of the world at the expense of Aussie's hard earned money. If so Put Australia last. Why bother coming to Australia when Australia and America will come to you, let's say in a hypothetical international conference, some far-right South African politician who secretly financed a mass slaughter of wyte farmers, gladly accepted hard earned taxpayer dollars, and he says I heard Australia has high wyte males suicide rates, AU Representative says "unfortunately yes" ah well they are too many and too greedy, if Australian businesses want cheaper labour it's all here, on one condition, cut aid to farmers here.
