This is by far the best yoga nidra in RU-vid… true though the ads are interrupting the experience. Other yoga nidra are not interrupted… there’s got to be a way to stop these ads… I’m sure not all the other channels are monetized.

I agree - it is totally disregulating and counterintuitive to the efficacy of the practice, for the SAFETY of the practice to be interrupted by ads.

I watch and listen to RU-vid more time during the day and especially at night for help sleeping. It is worth paying for Premium to not have ads.

The best yoga nidra on RU-vid is Liam Gillen and he wouldn't make such a claim himself
