This is the Best Zucchini Bread Recipe: In essence, it's a quick bread made with brown sugar and white, eggs and oil, and the result is a super moist zucchini bread that makes a wonderful addition to breakfast coffee or afternoon tea! I have been making this recipe for years, an oldie but such a goodie, a hit with adults and children alike.

Your welcome 2 cup flour 1 tsp salt 3/4 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp baking Soda Mix in one bowl Next bowl 2 eggs whisk 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup veg oil 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar Mix well Grate 2 cups zucchini add to flour mix Add liquid mix to flour bowl Put in bread pan Oven 350 Bake 45-60 min The best the recipe ever🙌🏼🫶🏼🤤

I made it today. It turned out yummy, moist and looks so appetizing. Will reduce the amount of sugar next time. A bit too sweet to my liking. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Love zucchini! Definitely going to make this just with some Just Egg as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the choline in eggs. Thanks for posting

I’m so happy RU-vid suggested your video. I am subscribed; however, I have a lot of subscriptions. Anyway, I’ve tried your sourdough focaccia multiple times because it’s that good. I do add my own mix of veggies on top but it’s a great recipe so I trust this will be as well. Lastly, I especially love the quiet “no frills” or background music approach. Though come to think of it I believe your sourdough video did have someone playing piano and some kids inquiry. ❤️❤️ still not the same as adding audio❤️❤️

I have made this since last Spring 2022 and making it again now. And I don't see why you couldn't add spices to your liking. I love the recipe as is. It's perfect for my family's taste buds. I sometimes add turbinado sugar on top before baking for a nice top crunch. I am going to add, biscoff cookie crumbs today as an experiment. Have fun!

I’m disappointed. I feel it has too much oil, overly moist, almost slimy. The knife came out clean. It cooled completely, sliced beautifully and felt too oily. My batter was blended well. I put back in the oven and let cook more and that didn’t help.

Just for your info, I always pass straight by American recipes which don't mention weights - it's all very well saying 'cups', but what about us Europeans, who use grams, kilos, pounds and ounces??

I didn’t squeeze. IMHO, if you squeeze, the batter will not mix, it will turn out too dry.
