Majority of the time, nobody really wipes the PD. They usually call a cease fire in order to get cops out. That's why you almost always hear the PD call a gang to negotiate terms. It's almost impossible to completely wipe the PD, as new people are waking up

Title is incorrect since it wasn’t a wipe since some officers survived. Officers met with besties afterwards about the situation, which proves it wasn’t a wipe. They wouldn’t remember the situation if it was a full wipe

@@onkki yeah thats how it's supposed to be. It's the only "victory condition" crims can have. But they haven't been doing that shit at all in 4.0. Now you have cops hiding in unreachable heli's or in dark corners and they count that as cops surviving. Hell, on the july 3rd scenario you even had cops waking up and going straight to collecting evidence lol
