Can't agree more ! I mean there are smart, motivated and intellectual people in all the generations and also equally the dumb, stupid and superficial ones among them. For instance, all the people born during Renaissance were not Michelangelo or Da Vinci; and hence all the Gen Z won't necessarily be G Bob or Guras Nani. No need to panic at all.

Psychologically human beings are similar, they are more influenced by the environment and technological exposures they get. Yes, different periods in timescale can bring different outcome from the people. World was not the same in every timeline so changes will directly or indirectly impact people’s. Let’s imagine if world war 3 starts outta nowhere we all will react accordingly, don’t we? Humans were designed to live in tribes and work in group, we need so many family members to raise a child. But these days people are taught to live alone , be self dependent , every thing self no society. (Just a thought) Yea intelligence, innovative and problem solving skills can vary from person to person but human psychology is closely related bro !

Your thought is absolutely right but the timeframe will affect everyone. If there's war happening in your country, every youngster wants to serve their national or they forcefully have to join the military. And after the war people suffered from PTSD. You can Google it about the great recession. Yes we can't put a tag by their birth timeframe but every factor kind of pushes them into the same direction.

I don't think its about expecting them to follow certain definite pattern but about identifying the common patterns that they exhibit. Of course no two person are the same at some level but you can definitely normatively categorize people based on time. This temporal classification of people is no different than geographical classification as in Nepalese youth are more like each other and different from American youth.

As a gen z myself, I was quite triggered by the points as he was pointing out the bitter truth laying inside ourselves and felt crisis at the spot ( what else would you expect from an Gen Z). As the video went on I realized every generations had their problems and it's not something that can be controlled by an individual. In my opinion the best that one can do is to look at the points (good and problematic ones), accept it, don't blame yourself for it because it's the surrounding that has build you up this way. And since you now know your weakness and strength, improve yourself on what you're missing out without compromising your core values or morals. For which this video did an excellent job.

this video explains why i cant work along with people who are above 35 years old except few. i have worked over 5 jobs in last 6 months. i get a job, stay few days in, the behavior of the older guys is just too intolerable for me and i quit. my current job was decent since most were around my age but ever since they hired a older guy, i felt like quitting everyday. not just me but almost all of my colleagues has problem with him since we share different values and one tries to make other follow their ways of doing things and we cant come to a standstill.

As a genz i can relate everything but not that atheist wala kura . I used to be depressed pahila but later on I realised god is everything . I dont mind when someone calls me andhabhakt cause yes i trust my divine mother blindly . I don't think most of the people in GEN Z are aware of lgbt community and their rights because I'm in class 12, and I have classmates who still take lgbt community as a thing to bully somebody and no one other takes it seriously and convince them that they are worng. We, mainly males, judge each other on the basis of our clothes, personality, sitting postures, and tag them as a lgbt which is wrong. The example most of us are familiar with is us tagging BTS and its members as part of lgbt. Now, you know what I'm talking about.
