She always complains about her weight/looks (she's 120 and a very beautiful woman) so she can get compliments. So one day when she started to say "I just can't believe how big I've gotten, im so fat." I looked at her and said "Yeah you've really put it on." She never complained to me again.

@@edwardhayes5837 Yes they do. The problem is because of how long everything takes the food is usually cold. A large majority of the show is shot around eating. If you spent half your day with a bowl of Chinese food in your hand you probably would fake eat it too. They also have to be careful about taking bites before lines.

This was the moment that Sheldon showed his biggest problem: he was pandered to in his refusal to accept reality! Yes, it is a show and yes it is comedy, but that is what made it so funny. Every time Penny whipped reality out on Sheldon the way it happens in the real world.. he lost his mind. That was the reason it took so long for "the world to recognize his genius". LOL Also, Sheldon NEEDED Penny. He had his family when he was a kid.. and she was the best of his twin sister, Missy, and older brother, George Jr. while Leonard, Raj, and Howard where the peer group he had need of.

@@IGamingStation , precisely. In *_Young Sheldon_* , we see perfectly how that happened. It really shows in how he idolizes his Meemaw, who that show reveals as a very manipulative woman with unfounded self-righteousness. The version we see in TBBT is (as a certain comic no one likes to remember now said..) "an old woman trying to get into heaven now". It may just be MHO, but I think even Sheldon's "atheism" isn't true either.

You know, people seem to compare Sheldon to Abed from community because their represent people with disorders... but Sheldon is more a product of his environment than his disorders, unlike Abed who is more a product of both... both being drastically different characters...but then again... they are probably just salty about Sheldon being more popular than Abed...

My new upstairs neighbors are a bit of a pain in the you know what. There is a party going on every Friday and Saturday night, and drunk people going in and out and trying our door by mistake. Maybe I should put grease or toothpaste on the handle, maybe it will teach them a lesson. *evil grin*

Umm!! Neighbors downstairs moving out in a couple of weeks. Haven't been the best not worst. At least they went to bed early and got up early, and baby never cried. But better than the 2 psycho, perverted, druggie, criminal punks in there before. So anxiety over who landlord will get in. Hot babe pleeez!! When I first moved in, couple above use to go at it so hard that the top of the house use to move, sway side to side. No bull. Stuff in my apt use to fall over. So I said to guy, can you do it front to back (direction of house). But then not too long after his wife left him, abandoned him. Still haven't gotten divorced.

I swear since this virus thing started, mother and daughter next door have almost never come out of apt. I think girl must have finished school, over 18. Only seen her like 6 times in 4 years. Very strange people. Have no car.

As I observe these Sheldon moments, a lot of these problems could be fixed if the group just ignored him and required him to focus on other topics. Sheldon doesn’t get attention and he’s forced to deal with the anxiety differently 😊.

A lot!! I know awhile back, online, a single mom in San Bernardino texted she had to move. Looking for something max $2500 or $2800 per month. I nearly choked to death. I pay $1250. Can't figure how she get that much money with job she does. Nice new SUV. Can't get very much out of kid's father.

@@kalebrod2823 idk. Don't get how this single mom does it. I think she works at 3 diff places to make a full week. Has kid in day care which costs. Nice place to live, nice furniture, big TV, computer, lots of clothes, new SUV, stuff for kid, vacation, sports gear, tickets to lots of events (except this past year). Seems to have a fairly extended family, but don't appear a man in her life right now. I can barely get by, here, and I don't do nothing. I could never deal with CA on any level. Too weird!!

The chopsticks usually dont work with those fingers correctly. Theres a ring finger involved using which we hold one chopstick steadily and use the other stick like a pen. i remember an interview of kunal nayyar where he showed how actors fake eating in shows...i believe it was with jimmy fallon.
