This is definitely one of my favorite TBBT Episodes cause it’s so close to reality. Even if the others may think Sheldon is very arrogant in his behavior Ramona Nowitzki is attracted to him because he’s that assured of himself that he comes across as confident to her.
She's a skank who wanted to steal a paper Sheldon wrote. He kicked her to the curb when she wanted to share (or steal) credit. I remember Sheldon said "Who's Nowitzski?" She said "I am, silly!" Sheldon: "So you want to share credit? GET OUT!" Lol
Leonard and Penny saw he controlling Peny's life. Penny already knows she's cute, she just thinks that like with Shledon, the neuroisis is overwhelming.
That's a great point and I also think he only mentioned the Toblerone bar because he knew there was nothing to worry about, Sheldon would never cheat on Amy
Or she heard about the one crazy grad student fan Sheldon used to have. Not like Sheldon ahs many female interactions, anyone could have filled her in enought hat Amy made the connection.
Strange how the writers made it like Penny had no idea who "Nowitzki" was, afterall, Sheldon did request "sanctuary" with Penny. Ramona did accuse Penny of being in "love" with Sheldon"...lol
They should all remember her as not just 'a grad student who used to follow him around' but as as some sort of a mind manipulator who took control of Sheldon for a while.
Aw poor sheldon, he really thought she was his friend and didn't see that she was trying to make a move on him. I'm glad penny pulled him aside and told him of nowinski's intention. That's really lame on nowinski's part for doing that to him knowing he wouldn't understand her flirting.

@@davedaves3489 I don’t think Amy was gross she was genius and obviously had a weird way of socializing. Weird for us but for her she thought she was acting appropriate at circumstances. Remember she grew up with no friends, her mom basically kept her in a bubble slowly she started to come out of her shell and learn how to socialize, yes she said weird stuff but deeply she is like Sheldon they grew up different but being genius really had a grip on their life , I think together they overcame a lot and became like able

Sheldon did Ramona wrong. She would've done ANYTHING for him...or to him...and all he need do was say he wanted it. Then...because she wanted a little credit... He dismissed her. Guess he forgot how it felt when he wanted credit for helping Dr. Sturgis...and was refused.
Best line from this show ever: You don't get it! I've been smacking that ketchup bottle for a long time, all she has to do is tip it over and point it at her fries! Super funny, yet Amy is wrong. Sheldon would freak out if Ramona made a overt move. His special place is for Amy only. The rest of us call them fun parts, but only 6 years in I'm not sure Sheldon is having fun yet. Amy is over the Moon every time, like her every time is that first time. But she had spent most of her life thinking that she would never have a husband - or a group of close friends for that matter. This show is 5 odd ducks, 1 very quirky duck, and a singular normal person. (5 is the guys and Amy. Bernie is very quirky, so she would have found a mate without the group. Penny is/was the normal person.) Leonard really is the most special person, the group of men formed around him, he had the courage to wear Penny down over years, Bernadette was happenstance that Penny worked with her, and she did not find Howard extremely off putting, and Raj and Howard found Amy for Sheldon through an app - amazingly that worked out, mostly due to the very hard work that Amy put in. I was just disappointed that they never found a match for Raj. Not sure if the show makers thought that was a step too far or they just didn't care enough about Raj as a character. Frankly if they thought that was too far, Sheldon was a much less likely match since he had no interest in the opposite sex, or sex at all. Raj very much did. Perhaps Raj wanted it too much, that was certainly why he had selective mutism, that he wanted a woman so much he was unable to talk around them. Like wishing you could fly, you know you can't so you never try.
It’s Juliette from Gilmore Girls! She’s in the Life and Death Brigade. The same actress also played a Stars Hallow High student who was there when Lorelai gave the talk about her business success and the students derailed into a conversation about how Lorelai got pregnant at 16 (It’s set in a small town so the fact that Lorelai got pregnant at 16 was common knowledge.).

They're not. Why would you think that? There was never any indication that they were the writers. It would have also been easy to Google that, but people are lazy these days.
Had Sheldon been 5% more normal, Amy would have been in the rear-view mirror. Ramona was an athletic fox with similar interests. Amy, God love her, was not in the same league.
The truth is Sheldon is better than me no matter what because someone is after him constantly, despite being in a relationship unlike me despite me working for over 4 years, girls showed time to time again that they want nothing to do with me despite asking them out and vice versa.
Same. I feel like the the writers missed a really good opportunity to have a natural character arc with Raj, where he becomes more confident figures out what he wants in a relationship and then end up with someone. They made him worse around women as the seasons progressed, it always struck me as odd.
