It's because it just focuses on them being characters rather than a shoehorned subplot. Leonard and Penny's relationship was the worst of the series. Leonard was compatible with so many other women rather than Penny. All of them of differing qualities that aren't cute blonde. His other attempts at relationships were highly accomplished women who weren't just eye candy. Which is a real shame. Penny and Sheldon have great chemistry because when they interact, it isnt weighed down by a pressing subplot like I said. You're just watching 2 friends become closer as such. Something that's direct and relatable.
@@Itsant33 bro did you even watch the show? Penny and Leonard's relationship is the only realistic one and cute af. Bernadette is an angry Chihuahua, Howard a whiny mamas-boy and don't get me started with Sheldon and Amy. Just cringy and creepy. Leonard and Penny may fight alot which isn't uncommon in a relationship but they care a lot for each other there is no deny
I do too. Back then, I was so pissed. It was so much better. Just like or dislike is useless. Likes made favorite redundant. And there are videos that are ok, but also the ones that are great. No way to differentiate now. Plus dislike became kind of a hate thing, so people rarely use it not to be mean, unless they really want to profess hate.
Because they're not interested in a rating, but in getting people to 'engage' with the video. The current system requires almost no mental effort, so gets more engagement.
perspective ... just because it isnt bad for you doesnt mean it is not bad for them ... a community used to know this ... modern era Most dont ... because they are not about community but themselves .... with prejudiced crud like Black lives matter .. or the lgt stuff ... easy answer ALL LIVES MATTER ... absolutely NO DISTINCTION ... any who dont cover everything are prejudiced ... the only way to stop that is to ensure everyone understands that anything less IS prejudiced because it excludes some group.
@@0623kaboom It's funny that you say that perspective matters... but I think you are missing the point of Black Lives Matter... it's about racial injustice that still plague people to this day. It doesn't mean that all lives don't matter. Many black people feel like they are living in a worse environments than whites. They face injustice just because they are black. Think about what it's actually saying, not how you yourself are understanding it. Understand the actual meaning of the movement. It never said that all lives don't matter.
@@0623kaboom your comment is ironic. You mentioned perspective and that the past is better and then mentioned black, and we all know in the past the perspective of black people were ignored for the most part from non-bkack people's perspective. In fact in the past any perspective that is not in common with the majority is just ignored by the majority, be it race, sexual orientation, illness, disability, holiday... Note that I do not imply that we are better today.
Hola Mbc But other people mean, that it is extremely obvious. Like saying, that someone whom is free falling, will get pulled towards the ground by gravity. But I liked Howard in the first few seasons more, due to him being far more funny.
I love their relationship so much. They're both helping each other grow... It's definitely one of the most genuine, sweet and healthy relationships in the show.
As soon as penny said i give up and was about to leave my first thought was that was very rude of her. Maybe what sheldon said sounds silly to her but for him it seemed to be very important i didnt think sheldon would point that out tho. Since its a comedy show i thought they would just let it go as a fun story
karena apus i agree with you, however even though it is a comedy, most sitcoms have some very real moments that are touching and make us see a deeper side to the characters making us feel with them more
Many comedies loose this sense of reality by trying only be funny. Look at Simpsons. Lifeless dolls. Good sitcom is where to people (characters) things looks normal and casual, only for viewers its funny. Al Bundy doesnt laugh that much about his life and these nerds from Big Bang just living theyre lifes as total akward people, but they dont know any other way to express themselfes and are intrested in what they are intrested in.
It is like the 3rd chess but when you have a special piece (that you can summon by having 9 queens) you can go into the future to see a few of the opponent's moves and change the reality.
@@sourabhkhandelwal1568 i dont think thats even possible lmao .. yes, teoretically u can have 9 queens in one game, but tell me what is probability of this happening in any just a bit serious game ... i have seen maximum 3 queens in one color in my whole chess carrer ... 9 is just waaayy to much to happen in reality
I love how Penny simply loves Sheldon despite him being annoying to her .. they are basically siblings :) He also loves her despite him pointing out every flaw she has. I like how he does it but she shakes it off and go on! :)
@The Perfectionist I fail to see your point with your comments... Kaley Cuoco's body proportions are exactly those of a female. I study anatomy for drawing and stuff so I'd know. And for Jim, there is nothing wrong with being gay. Your own insecurities are those that make you insult others for no specific reason other than looks. You, sir, are rotten inside. Go and love yourself, you narcissistic asshole.
@The Perfectionist seriously? Every human is unique in their own way .. the society enforced this hourglass body and certain measurements .. he doesn’t need to study harder you pls try to accept t people the way they are
Penny and Sheldon have a strange but special friendship. Penny somehow knows how to properly deal with Sheldon in a way not even his mother could, and even though Sheldon is reluctant about everything when it comes to people he knows that Penny means well and opens up to her even when you know he really doesn't want to. But when he does he feels better about himself. You could say that they were the sibling that the other one needed in order to grow as people
Although it’s supposed to be a comedy show I actually find Sheldons character very interesting due to his obvious social difficulties and I think they handle it very well to say it’s a comedy show
Thumbs up vs thumbs down is a much better system. It encourages more engagement due to it being easier. The sliding scale showing like to dislike ratio gives a better over all impression than 4.2 stars. The more you explore it the more that binary option of like and dislike is better
I really liked that scene. Moments with Sheldon and Penny are really rare, but are always quality. Another one would be where Penny hurts herself in the tub and Sheldon takes care of her.
Maybe RU-vid changed it for data efficiency. Because "five star" would require at least three bits(000 - 111) of memory to store while a like or dislike just requires 1 bit of memory (true or false). This will reduce the space consumption by 1/3. Maybe...
