The Big Herd Pushed Her Away...Special Treatment For Eleanor! 

You're so good to your herd Dusty. It breaks my heart to see Eleanor look over her shoulder like she does. Such a gentle soul. I know it's just Mother Nature not seeing eye to eye on some things, so you warm my heart with videos like this. God bless.

Poor Eleanor! She’s like, “At least someone loves me!” You! She loves those treats! 🦬 Every video doesn’t have to be exciting. This one was special. Little Eleanor made my day.

I think all those other bison were quite envious. I was surprised that none of the other bison figured out the fence thing to the other paddock. Hopefully, Eleanor can keep her secret to get some love and special attention from you.

Eleanor knows she is the bottom of the totem pole and in the wild, she would be dead by now. To her, you are her pack and leader so she trusts you with all that she is to protect her. Animals are amazing creatures. I love that she has that special bond with you guys. I think you're incredibly crazy for giving her the treat via "kiss", but it worked out and was adorable. You can say you have "Made out with" a Bison now! Not too many can say that! Haha! I adore her so much. She is a gentle giant!

It amazes me that a giant bison even though Eleanor is small, can be so gentle. When I saw the clip in the beginning of this video of Eleanor taking a treat out of your mouth, I couldn't wait to see it again.

The herd is looking great, Eleanor is just a special bison she is really little compared to most others. But she is so loving and graceful, you do a great job with every one of them.

Elenor's tail was just a wagging away! She was so happy to be hand fed.

It is such a joy to see Elinor. She has always been gentle and kind to you. There were times in the winter that I worried about her body fat being enough to keep he warm. She deserves all the love, treats and special attention you can give.

Poor Eleanor ! Being at the lowest rank of the hyerarchy gives her the human privilege of getting special treats. In the wild, alone, she would probably fall to a predator. I love watching your bisons . As a young girl my family would head west and go to all the national parks and camp and hike and explore all of the wild life ! One of my favorite parks was Yellowstone. We traveled every summer for at least two weeks and some of my nost fond memories was seeing the majestic animals.❤

You can tell they love you. As an animal lover myself, I appreciate people who show love and respect to their animals. Especially if they are considered "just livestock". I also appreciate it when you promise not to send "our friends" out to become dinner. I know that is necessary at some point, but I appreciate that "our friends" aren't among those chosen to go. I learn something new with each video and I thank you for that.

She is just such a sweet girl! I think its her watchfulness and always having an escape route that got her to think how to give the rest of the herd the slip to get some quiet time without being pestered. She kind of had her back toward the others so that she was hiding what she was up to as long as possible. Smart girl! 😁👍If i were her, id just hang out in there by myself until they forget about her scarfing up a bunch of cubes! It never ceases to amaze me now docile and tame the bison can seem .and I love how you know who is the omega animal of the herd ( and knowing who the alpha is) and you make an effort to treat them wirh special food.

Eleanor has learned how to work it out. She is special. Question: On her left side up by her spine she has a bare spot. Is that an abscess or is it a mark from breeding (hooves rubbing on her while being mounted)? I noticed another cow with a bare spot as well. You are such a good caretaker for your Bison herd and are to be commended for that. Keep up the great work and keep educating everyone. It can only help the future of the American Bison.

🙏💚 DUSTY, please please make Elenor your spokes bison. Advertise with her. Take special videos. And give her her own bison herd smaller lot. Give her the next lowest on the hit list. Whose just above her. Calendars, cups etc. featured with eleanor. She's your star in waiting. I'm telling you you won't be able to keep up with your orders. Then Dunbar on a cup. Cold and hot cups. Try fencing a smaller lot With her and lumpy. You'd have to geld lumpy. Then if some one wanted a farm tour you could have her and lumpy close by and people could even get that private tour by staying in your cabins. Just a thought for you.
