If there is a god, may they bless you for collecting and sharing such beauty. Ever since when i was a child and watched the first season of big o, these melodies have haunted me and i could never find them, until now. Thank you.

A song that represents a myriad mixture of hope and despair that can never be overplayed. This is a song that is bereft of the meaning of overly flowery musical motifs of expression. Each note carries upon it a whimsical melancholy that pierces your very soul. Each little note dances solemnly across the keys as the pianist plays as if enticing the listener to bring themselves to listen to the song of their soul. It shows that the musician has experienced many moments of sadness in their life, but also had many moments of joy and rapturous bliss. Each measure, each bar, and the rest are but the breaths of the musician given form in a way that words can never accomplish. You don't just hear the emotion; you feel the emotional deluge as it hits you. You can be overwhelmed by the serenity of the melancholy, and likely even be brought to tears at times. But it is a song that represents exactly the meaning of its title. It is an apology to all and at the same time an apology to the self.
