I commute almost 50 miles to work each day, last December i came in on a Friday, and i wasn't feeling well, but i had some things that i needed to deal with...at 5 i let myself leave an hour early...i sat in my car for an hour napping and trying to get up the strength to drive home...a female coworker came to my car concerned and knocked on my window to see if i was OK, she pleaded with me to follow her home to rest up and get some meds in me, i reluctantly did, but she took really good care of me, better that my ex ever did..she was almost in tears at my suffering...you cant put a price in that😊

True but don't expect women to be with you for you. As a Woman, I will advice you to life whatever lifestyle you want & make her sign a prenup during your dating process. Do it within a few weeks of the dating timeline, this so that you wouldn't have wasted years with her. Test the girl, if she has no problems with the prenup thing, you are safe. When I was 50, I was transferred to a large city in the mid west. It gave me a break from all the females that I had socialized with. I came to realize, I was much happier without all the b.s. and drama than I had ever been in my life. No more bitter women looking for a retirement plan. I dated a couple of times in 8 years and decided then and there, no more baggage. Women telling me they were single, but still living with their husbands, having teenage kids, etc. Now, I'm 71 and out of the dating game for good. I couldn't be happier. I don't have to answer to anyone, I don't have to put up with anyone else's baggage, I can just be me.

I'm 42 and am with a 24 year old. It doesn't matter the age; keep your frame. Don't lose yourself for anyone. My ex is now 48, and I've dated all ages from 48 to 22 as a 40 something. I'm 37, in great shape, am social, charismatic and outgoing. I've been rejected by tons of girls ranging from 18 to mid-20's because I was "too old". Hell, I've met girls who guessed me to be 25 (I take great care of my skin and look 10 years younger than I am) who lost all interest when I told them my actual age. You and me, my friend, are great examples of what you can expect when the universe loves you (your case) vs when the universe hates you (my case).

Im 57. Personally I would have zero interest in dating my own age. I just dont even see them as sexual partners. I must be wired differently to you. I have some female friends my own age and there company is nice for a coffee or a quick catch up but beyond that nothing. For me personally I would need to be with someone 15 years younger but if it works for you and you do find them sexually attractive and they have their own shit together I imagine as long as you dont marry or live with them it must have its advantages.

You can have a 1L v8 that makes 42 hp and you can have an inline 6 that makes 100,000 hp. It's also about power to weight ratio: you can have a fully loaded v8 vehicle that weighs 4500 lbs with 350 hp and it'll lose to a v6 vehicle that is stripped down to 3000 lbs with 300 hp. I guess I got lucky. I'm 53 she's 52. We've been together for three years. Been living together for two. My kids grown up. Her kids are grown up. She was married once for 27 years so I'm only the second man she's ever been with. She's awesome. Kind, witty, attractive, sex-positive. We get along great. When we disagree about stuff, it never turns into anything close to a fight. I think it really comes down to a woman's childhood. Her parents were really good to her. She had a couple of horses. She wasn't overly sheltered. She mentions her father a lot, and always in a positive way. Lots of funny stories. Great guy. Not an abusive bone in his body. I would say it's important to ask about a woman's childhood and her parents. More important than what her favorite band or movie is. I used to think that I needed an edgy woman because I thought I was an edgy guy. Not really. I'm just a regular guy who is sometimes entertained by edgy stuff...like lots of regular guys. I should say, however, it was a long hard road to find her. My only regret is I didn't meet her 20 years ago. She's from my hometown. But I had to go live a bunch of different places, even abroad for 10 years, get tangled up with a bunch of crazy people, before I finally met her. ASK ABOUT HER CHILDHOOD. If she starts smiling when she talks about it, that's a good sign. If she doesn't want to talk about it or if she mentions trauma, run.

We often see negative patterns in our dating, and decide to put some distance between us and those patterns, in order to end them. Older women (and men) gain inner strength and perspective. And therefore those who choose to date again approach men with a simplicity that younger women with raging hormones and ticking biological clocks simply cannot achieve. An older woman who has something of her own isn’t looking for a man to support her, because she’s done having babies. She’s not vulnerable. Instead, she’s seeking a man she can admire and enjoy. Got divorced around Rich’s age. Had an ltr with a twenty something after. It was good for a while. Then the issues from her “ young past “ started showing up. I bounced. Actually tried dating a thirty something single mom. Yikes. Then connected with an old friend in her mid forties. Divorced, adult children. I can only really say two things: Social media has destroyed women from 20-50. The similarities I saw in all three of the women in this regard was fascinating. Second, NO single moms ever. I’d say “ spin it “ if you want, but NO. It’s almost not even worth discussing at this point. Just hit and run. To that point, Rich’s talk about the older car rebuilt? If you're looking for your forever partner, here is a checklist of issues that I've found that will complicate relationships to the point of failure: 1. No women with kids if the dad is still alive...seriously, if he's not in the ground run. 2. No women that have been sexually abused...very sad but a lot potential mental and emotional issues. 3. Great video. Completely agree, if there aren't any signs that someone has had a decent length of time being single (i.e. not even dating) after previous relationships, avoid, avoid, avoid. It's not easy to drop baggage, having just done this for myself, it takes work and time to process and understand how trauma has changed you as a person and make corrections to that, (e.g. losing the victim persona, stupid habits like the ironing example etc). I wouldn't even consider dating someone with kids under 16 these days, much kinder to turn away and let them give that time to their kids and themselves to process any residual trauma, before they get back on the dating market again as a truly healthy, reasonable person

Trying to warn my twin brother going through a divorce and sharing your videos. My predicament is that men are afraid to date faithfully and marry for the right reasons anymore. I get it. So, like many of the men here who refuse to marry, I refuse to as well and came to terms with the fact that may never find a partner for life- whatever that looks like. The average women takes to the unhealthy life-ruining extreme, but then there's also the having little to no experience and not knowing yourself or what you would love to have in a relationship, so there's that self sabotaging fear to deal with. @@michaelsix9684 hmmmm... I can say that no one knows what others go through. My older sister was a real traffic stopper. It turns out that my mother who also would have done the same did not prepare her for the world of male predators and ogling. I attracted a lot less attention, but sufficient. My sister dealt with terrible alcoholism and didn't have female friends because women hate other beautiful women. No one escapes the world without scars. My sister isn't homeless now because my father is wealthy now. A process that also took a huge toll on our upbringing.

I wonder if anyone has had this experience. I was casually dating a divorced woman, 48 yrs old with 2 teenage kids. She made out like a bandit from her marriage as her ex was a 7 figure alpha type. Over the 2 years I knew her I realized that her divorce was not only a badge of honor but I came to strongly suspect that she was seeking out a man to marry for the sole purpose of getting a second divorce under her belt. She had romanticized divorce to the point that it was the ideal and she regarded people with multiple divorces as having god-like social status. Has anyone experienced this phenomenon?

Ye, I know a woman who is engaged (second marriage) and she told me she only intends to stay married for 5 - 10 years until her 2 teenage kids are through college. Her fiancé, of course, doesn't know this. brutal and disgusting. Marriage and divorce is just a tool for these tools.

I was always the "close, but not quite" type of guy, the 5'11" $97,000 yr. Not fat but, not chiseled and shredded abs type and the 300hp sport coupe that was just paid off and the high 800,000 networth during my late 20's to late 30's. During that time, i was somewhat successful dating 6's, and a couple of 7's, but never a 8-10 during those years, now in my mid 40's where i have all the 6's (gotta cheat with the height thanks to shoe boosters cause women cheat with everything) im seeing attention with young 8's and 9's, and all the women over 40 i've met. And i keep telling myself, WHY NOW ???

In the 1950's (well before tinder and social media) you'd be quite the catch during your late twenties and early thirties and the 6's would be ignoring you because they knew they would not have had a remote chance. 5'11" puts you in the 75th percentile (even higher with your shoes) and 97K puts you roughly in the 85th percentile with earnings. Assuming you've managed your money well over the years, and don't act like a complete frat boy, you have "Earned" a high value stamp (perceived on average) by the opposite gender cartel.

Im 31 and since my early twenties I've had some older women in my life. Older women are fun to play with and be a chew toy for. In my experiences I've been treated really well and catered to by them. It blows my mind though that men consider seriously dating any women older than 35 to 40.

Rich you nailed it! I'm 51 and I've tried dating women in their 30s and 40s. All they do is complain about their last failed relationships. I don't care nor do I want to hear that crap! That just makes me lose attraction for them. Now, younger girls do come with their own set of problems too. They tend to be much more entitled, more easily influenced by their friends and often, their parents are still much more involved in their lives even when they live on their own and I'm not interested in dealing with anyone's parents on that level at my age. Nonetheless, I'm starting to rethink that because I just can't with middle-aged women anymore. I've tried, but they are just too broken and not suitable for a long term relationship.

No matter the age of the woman, in my experience, THE most important question to ask (or observe, behaviorally) is how they get along with their dad. If they don't have a good relationship with their father - no matter whose fault it is - run, run away fast! No woman who has a poor relationship with her father, is worth the time/effort, etc. The ROI is horribly negative. No exceptions.

Certainly, choice advice, based on my experience as a bachelor for almost 70 yrs. Most men are focused on looks and punnanny, and are not self-aware enough to observe her relationship with her father no matter what her age, IMO.

Im 49 with no kids and I’m working in Germany on a 5 year gig. I got divorced while I was here. My 42yo wife started to talk and act like an entitled and privileged teenager. I started dating a 36 yo single Mother of 2. What a nightmare that was! She was a scorn, cold and angry woman with the look of defeat on her face. Her baggage seemed like she brought it onto herself and It seems like she took no responsibility for her part in it. She also held onto that toxic baggage. I met a new lady 46yo (she thinks she’s a hot 23yo) who lived in a nice home, drives a nice car. The thing is, she was living beyond her means off of alimony and a good lawyer. Why would I want to be part of that?
